My driver Landon was prompt and kind, loaded my bags right into the back, and chatted with me about the area for the first 10 minutes or so of the ride. After our chat died down I put on my headphones for the rest of the drive, and he made sure to get my attention as we approached the airport in order to ask me what terminal he should drop me at. The AC was frosty and amazing, which I loved for a 1.5 hour trip in July Kentucky weather! The trip was very calming and chill, no weaving between traffic. I felt very safe. This also seems like a family business, which I absolutely love. 10/10, would recommend DrivingBG for a trip from Bowling Green area to the Nashville airport (or wherever else you're headed!)

But this was our destination and we made it. Picked this place after reading other yelp reviews. Price is good with a dog. It's quaint. We were greatest by a friendly guy at the desk. He gave us the end room with no one above or next to us saying he wanted us to get a good sleep. We were hoping for a night cap but it's a dry town who knew. We will stay here 2 nights so we can sleep in & see some sites tomorrow with no rush to drive 10 hours again. 5 stars if the mattresses were firmer but right now it will work. We'd stay again.

I don't usually get such friendly service at high end hotels (which are our usual stays). I like little motels (like from my childhood), but you can't really ever find good ones. Yes. It was dated. The outside is adorable, but the rooms are old and a bit cobbled together. But our room/suite (it was huge and had two rooms) was spotless, the pizza place they recommended was amazing, shower was good, linens were clean and carpet looked newer. My only complaint were the people above us were a bit loud, which the motel can't really control. I didn't complain to them about it because it was the middle of the night. He could have charged me anything and I would have paid it to avoid the storm. But it was a really inexpensive room ($60). I would stay there again.

Everything about this place seemed like the owners were being as cheap as possible to squeeze whatever profit they could out of it. When we checked in, the guy INSISTED we pay in cash, even though the booking I made online obviously had me reserve using my credit card. Makes me think he's probably involved with tax evasion. :/ Like, what does it say about your customer service when you force someone to pay cash so you can avoid a debt card fee? Jerkwad. Also possibly homophobic? I reserved a single king for us but again he just decided to give us a room with two beds instead. Like what even? We got one of the rooms upstairs. Be careful if the stairs are wet or damp, they are VERY slippery and you could easily fall and hurt yourself if you aren't careful. The room was really big... pointlessly big, almost like deserted dance hall vibes. Awkwardly it made it more obvious how painfully underfurnished the room was... a tiny sad flatscreen far from the bed, a desk with a folding chair... the mini fridge was set so low that it barely kept things chill let alone cold. The shower was the only okay thing. The A/C unit was functional but spastic once it got to the thermostat setting as it would hum to life only to be on for a minute at most. The bathroom mirror was ludicrously tiny. Of course the towels were small and rough AF. I was willing to give them a try but y'all should avoid this place. Just let it die.
