Then watched her wandering around laughing and chatting with someone on her headset for 10 minutes. I went and found someone else who went 'to check if what I wanted was in stock', never to be seen again. Eventually the original girl walked past me and I reminded her that I had been waiting for ages for some help. She clearly wasn't interested in the slightest and carried on chatting and laughing with her friend on the headset while I tried to ask my question so I gave up and left. There seems to be no interest whatsoever in helping customers.

A great designer clothing store for both men and women…read more Brands like Bench, Tom Wolfe, and Fire Trap are on offer here. The shops only small but I find that makes finding and browsing that bit easier. Staff could look a bit happier and maybe approach you when your looking but other than that a great store to get classy clothing from.

I personally hate seeing everybody wearing the very same garment that you bought a month ago from the very same chain store! Little Italy is full of one off men's clothing (or batches made specifically for the shop), so you never have to worry about blending in with everybody else. Although, I have to say, other than a few unusual patterned t-shirts, the type of fashion is not really to my taste. The shop would be perfect for the trendier men out there though! Prices are average, and most t-shirts cost around £10, which is general to most chain retailers; So you're getting something unique for the same price. It's a shame that shops such as this are hidden away in shopping centres outside of the city centre. I can see this store being very popular if it were located in central Brum.
