My husband and I have breakfast at Burston's Garden Centre most Saturday mornings. We've always found the staff to be helpful, not always friendly, but they get the job done. They're a little pricey, but their goods are quality, their plants are guaranteed to survive, and I can't say whether they honour that or not because every plant I've bought there has flourished and is still going. read more

have used Burston for years, since before the firework fire! Most times you get an excellent service, there will always be the occasional grumpy member of staff but mostly they are very helpful and friendly. Recently I returned an item that had broken. It had a lifetime warranty, and I still had the receipt, even though it was nearly 3 years since the original purchase. They could mot have been more helpful, and gave me a choice of which replacement (same product different manufacturer)I wanted as the broken item was no longer stocked. Great business that hopefully is here for the long term despite the internet. I rarely shop for garden items anywhere else, and their knowledge and advice is priceless. read more
