Well here I am and all my money has been drained due to SouthworthPC constantly billing for more money...but what are they actual doing to begin with? My attorney was Sadarie. Most of the time you're in limbo about your case, you do most of your own work, despite being constantly billed, there's very little communication informing you about where they are in the process and what angle they intend to take. So what exactly are they doing? They also lose or overlook very important documents which you have to repeatedly tell them about. They'll tell you they'll get with you on stuff but never follow through. It's pretty clear you're dealing with inexperienced attorneys. It's absolutely ridiculous this is a law firm. The agency attorney submitted a motion to judgement and there's nothing I can do because the firm wants more money and I can't pay anymore. An absolute waste of money and time for mediocre work. I found it rather peculiar that a few days after I informed my attorney I wouldn't be able to afford their services, the agency attorney also responded with his motion to judgement. That was odd and it's not the only time something strange like that has happened. Maybe it's coincidental or maybe something more nefarious, like a secret partnership is going on. So here I stand with you all in solidarity with an airtight case that should've won but due to a money hungry law firm, the case will be lost. The fact that this is my second EEO case should've given them all the fire they needed. Avoid this law firm at all costs. You need to read the negative reviews and TRUST them. We are not lying nor are we lying about the amount of money you'll lose. No matter how desperate you are, find another law firm that calls you into a physical conference room and keeps you informed each and every step of the way.
