For a long photo shoot, they got food for the team and supported a local cause, I don't remember which, by ordering from a certain restaurant that was donating for every sandwich bought that day. There were so many details like that, the intentionality is through the roof. They have give-aways cabinet and they go support local youth sports teams and local elementary school fairs and career days and are so involved in the community giving back in person! I referred a friend who was in a motorcycle accident and Melissa talked to him and he thanked me. She was so quick with the call back too. Time is ticking when some accident happens. The team is so kind and I want to work there! I told them they could just pay me in compliments. They give credit where credit is due and empower their team to be the best in such a healthy happy way. It is impressive. I luckily have not used their services first hand, but know people who have and their reputation is legit. They are that good balance of empathy and grit. Kindness and pushiness to get stuff done right. Save this place in case you or your people need a good experienced personal injury lawyer.

What stood out to me was she personally picked up the phone on the 2nd ring when I initially called her. We discussed my situation, and what I was looking for and she immediately placed a 3 way call to Michigan to get the correct paperwork faxed to her. (Impressive!) We were on the phone over 30 minutes (at least) and her calm and soothing voice was very re-assuring for me - especially when I didn't know what I was getting into regarding Medicaid issues/denials. We spoke a few times back and forth and she truly is genuine in what client she takes on, and I can tell she honestly loves what she does. She is metalicious in her details of her paperwork as well as her notes she takes to follow up. I met her in person today and was impressed with her, as well as her office assistant. She has a small 2 room office in a quaint building on Davis Islands. It appears she has quite a few business contacts, but is also proud that who she IS in contact with is reputable, grounded, and especially ethical. I left hugging this sweet lady - her prices are competitive but you really get the bang for your buck. Her sound judgment, experience and relationship skills make this Attorney one you want in your corner!

Back then, my mother had to hire two attorneys just to keep up with Tedd's expertise and determination. That experience always stuck with me, and when it came time for my own divorce, I knew Tedd would be my secret weapon. From day one, Tedd was straightforward, confident, and focused on results. He doesn't sugarcoat things or waste time--he gets right to the point and stands his ground. I was extremely nervous leading up to my deposition, but thanks to Tedd's preparation and strategy, I wasn't even questioned during my portion. The opposing party ended up settling, which speaks volumes about his skill and presence. Tedd is sharp, cutthroat when necessary, and efficient. Despite how emotionally draining divorce can be, he kept things professional, even light at times, and never bled me dry financially. He made sure I received the assets I was entitled to and effectively exposed the unfair distribution the other side tried to present. He also helped with custody matters, ensuring the opposing party knew I wasn't there to play games. I can't say enough about his team as well. Deniese from the financial side is incredibly patient, detailed, and knowledgeable, and Heidi, his paralegal, is just as fantastic--responsive, organized, and reassuring throughout the process. Whether your case is simple or complex, this is the team you want on your side. They make the process look easy, and if you're a "problem child" client like my father once was, you'll still get top-tier results--with a bit of humor along the way. I highly recommend Tedd and his entire team. They deliver results, protect your interests, and make one of life's hardest experiences far more manageable.
