After TaxPro did my taxes I realized what difference quality and customer service. Max went over every detail making me feel comfortable about asking questions. I cannot believe how much I could've saved over the last 4 years if I had known the right business structure for me; take for example sole-proprietorship vs S-Corporation; or what about learning I've been paying too much in self-employment tax. I found out that while I was there, Michael pointed out that H&R block screwed up my taxes. That wasn't good news. Either way he assisted with the new years taxes and helped me out. I found California tax boutique online, they had amazing reviews and the ability to load everything online, so I never had to leave my home. I've been working with CTB, particlarly Tifiany since 2019 and I found her to be knowledgeable and quick to reply. She did an amazing job looking for deductions on everything I qualified for, she was extremely thorough and timely. From me contacting them, to her filing my taxes, was roughly 2 to 3 business days.
