I am so happy we took a detour. My mom was helped by two salesmen who got her a few styles of New Balance sneakers in her size. They have lots of sneakers and many styles to choose from. The mall was not fully open, because of the COVID-19 crisis. However, we got great sneakers and excellent sales help. Ask for Sean, he was really nice to us .

If you are looking for club clothes they have plenty, and if you're looking for clothes you can wear to the office or to step out they offer that selection too. Some Good Notes About Great Glam VIP: This store offers a very cool concept you won't see in other stores. You sit at a laptop, shop their website and and the items you want to try on to your shopping cart. Then one of the sales associates bring the outfits you've chosen to a little hanging rack next to the computer you're sitting at until you are all done placing items in your cart. Once you are done and ready to try things on, they take you to a large fitting room, offer you a bottom of water and even give you a pager incase you need a different size. I love this concept and you never have to wait in lines to check out. You're in, seach for your outfits online, try them on and you're out in no time. Also I have yet to pay over $25 for any outfit. While you do have to comb their website for less clubby looking clothes, I have gotten some really nice dresses for work and even nice dresses I can wear out. He text me later that afternoon with a design using a completely different font that was no where close to the one I selected. He sent a 2nd one and it still wasn't close. Clearly he was inexperienced and didn't think to look up on his wall to compare the fonts after I told him the 1st time it was wrong. He told me he didn't have the font and that he'd give me a refund. Given that I don't live close to the mall, I asked if I found the font if that would help. I spent over an hour searching for the font to no avail. I settled on something that would be acceptable (not what I wanted but it would suffice) and then created the design myself so they had an exact example, sent them the fonts, and the website to download them for free. I was asked to send it to another colleague and he was not willing to provide any type of discount for the issue. He only offered to put something on the back of the shirt - which I don't need or want. It is not 1:30 PM the next day and they still don't have their stuff together. You would think taking a few dollars off the cost - or even allowing me to purchase a shirt and putting the comp design he offered for the back of my existing shirt, would be a reasonable compromise. Still this guy was not willing to budge. I asked him to give me the store owners info and he gave me a number that went straight to VM and was full. This was a poor way to handle a customer who essentially did all of the work because you falsely advertised a design that could not be replicated. A partial refund - even a small one - would have made all the difference. You should make sure they have the exact font and design you want before paying!
