What up Yelpers. Today I went to BurgerFi for their grand opening. I had the VegeFi Burger (which is a vegetarian burger made of quinoa) and I also had their Parmesan and herb fries. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Everything I had tasted great. Perhaps my only real "complaint" is that the fries were a bit overcooked for my particular taste, but all the flavors were definitely spot on! In addition, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of BurgerFI is very hipster-chic. As explained by their website, "Each BurgerFi store is built according to environmentally sustainable best practices, and includes earth-friendly elements, like chairs that are made from recycled Coke bottles, tables made out of compressed recycled wood, and large fans that use 66% less electricity." All of it makes for an interesting and cool aesthetic. I payed a little over $12 for my burger and fries. The desserts/shakes looked pretty good too. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone passing through the area. read more

Grrrrrrr...... now I see why 5 stars isn't a thing for this place. This location is inconsistent. Ordered the 28 burger and one patty was pink and perfect while the other welldone. The fries must have been dropped in cold oil because they were limp and not crispy.i asked if I could request the temp on the burger and they said no. I specifically asked that they don't overcook the meat and of the 2 double patty burgers only 1 in 4 was cooked good. This place has incredible flavor when done right. Get your act together. Put a timer on the patties and fryer!!!! read more

BurgerFi is a well welcomed addition to the Park Ave location in Winter Park! Not only is BurgerFi at the mouth of Park Ave, it's also right next to Rollins College, which makes this place a gold-mine, as well as a daily lunch spot for college students! As a vegetarian, I had high hopes for the VegeFi Burger. THEY WERE MET! The VegeFi Burger was outstandingly scrumptiously mouthwatering! The "Secret Sauce" they use tastes just so good! The Crispy Quinoa burger was very good (except the middle part was kind of chewy), overall it was a 9.5/10 ! I am surprised that their Fries don't come with the order, so i had to buy them seperately. Though: the fries feed 2 people. You can have them cover it with different toppings such as Parmesean cheese, garlic, pepper, chili, etc. The drink machine they have in there is REALLY COOL! It's a touch screen vending machine drink dispenser that has over 14 different drinks you can get! It's got a touch screen that has many symbols for drinks (like tap "CocaCola", then 9 differnet CocaCola flavors appear on screen, etc). Really cool! My only gripe? THE BURGERS ARE TOO DANG SMALL, and the FRIES are too DARN EXPENSIVE. ($4.50 for a "large" order of fries? Seriously? Are they magic potatoes?) Overall: this place is jammin'! I just moved into the neighborhood and decided to try out the local hot spots. Burgerfi was on the top of my list as I heard from a friend it was the bomb. The food was all natural and delicious. I especially loved the onion rings that were recommended to me by the cashier( a short caucasian female). The staff was super friendly. My tray was cleared by this Asian employee, she was super nice and very fast. Overall I enjoyed it completely. read more

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. I love the green style half stack (one burger party one quinoa patty w/ lettuce in lieu of a bun. Delicious. Florida cracker on draft is also a plus. Not exactly what I expected. Simple order of two burgers and a chili cheese fry. Burgers were cold and missing the ingredients we requested. Fries had no chili. Staff contradicted each other when I asked about any beer specials. First one said "no specials". The second stated a two for one draft special. However, "we don't advertise that one". Given the choice, I'd rather dine at Shake Shack. read more

Let me preface this by saying I have never written a poor review or ever complain about my food but given my two previous experiences here I had to. This place should honestly be closed down. 1 year ago I ordered a quinoa burger from here and I brought it to class with me. A couple bites in and I bit down on something rock hard. Low and behold there was an actual stone in my food. I attempted to handle this in a civilized way by submitting a complaint through their website and not all over the internet. Management did call me to apologize and I was told I would be sent some coupons or gift card. They even took down my address. Nothing ever came. I refused to go back until just over a year later my husband convinced me to order from here last weekend. Our burgers were delivered and I took 1 bite into my burger and one of the patties was cold and completely raw and the fries were completely soggy (I didn't even bother to take a picture of the fries). I will never be going back here and this place should honestly be shut down before they have a law suit against them. read more

Had a fantastic meal! We went monday and it was crowded but they did their best to move the lines along quickly. Definitely try the BAD burger, perfectly proportioned, crispy bacon a perfectly cooked egg and a delicious bun. Onion rings are crispy and delish, the fries are just okay from my perspective. They did give us some free custard after having to wait on an item in our order. It was surprisingly fabulous, smooth creamy very satisfying. Just another over hyped burger joint. They do have good burgers and they do have a good concept. I also don't mind paying but, all you get for $10 is a small burger and a fountain drink. No fries or any other side. You can get the same thing at any burger joint and they at least provide fries. They don't stand out from any of the other burger joints except their burgers are suppose to be all natural. Not worth the hype. read more

For the price of a small burger (which doesn't fill me up) I can get a huge meal at chipotle or panera. Eh. First of all, it is awkward when you first walk up because there isn't a specified door to enter and you end up doing that weird "do I walk in between this table or that table" shuffle before eventually deciding on a route to get to the counter to order. I absolutely hate places that don't have specific walkways for patrons. Next, the girl at the register was possibly the worst choice in Orlando to have "greeting" customers. She was immediately abrasive and has a lisp that makes it incredibly hard to understand (above the jarring music blaring throughout the place). She also gave us attitude when we asked if they had gluten free buns by saying sarcastically "You don't see them on the menu do you? Then we don't do them". Um okay-not sure what her issue is, but she is the type of person you keep in the back away from patrons of your establishment. I ordered the plain burger with just lettuce and tomato. The branding on the bun was a cute addition, but it couldn't distract me from the lack of taste and petite size of the patties. The burger was seriously disappointing and I'm pretty sure I could get the same thing at Five Guys. We also ordered fries which were pretty good for the first few bites, but then the ones under the top were almost completely coated in salt which was gross. I also tried the vanilla custard which was very rich and very similar to the authentic stuff up north-so thumbs up! But I wish they had more flavors than just vanilla and chocolate. It's also heavier than regular froyo, so if you're not used to this kind of stuff I would definitely recommend small sizes because it is VERY filling. So all in all, I would give this place one star, but the taste of the custard added a star to my lackluster experience of this place. read more

Love their burgers. They charge for toppings so be prepared to spend some money on a burger if you're not a plain Jane. The fries are easily shared amongst 3. Forget the cheese sauce for your fries because it sucks and they like to drizzle the top of your fries instead of give you a side for dipping. The fries are ok. One of the best burger places around. It can get pretty crowded since it's on Park Ave but the food and staff are both excellent. It has a hipster vibe to the decor and a limited menu which I appreciate. I was with a group of 6 and our food came out really fast. I tried one of their "vegefi" burgers today and it was quite good. A crispy quinoa patty on a whole grain bun. As usual the toppings were nice and fresh. I think adding a dollar for a few pieces of sautéed mushrooms is a little wacky. This made my vegi burger almost 8 bucks, which seemed a little much for what it is. Service was okay. read more

I am a burger fanatic. The thing about burger is that it is so simple to make so in order to stand out, it better be freaking fantastic. Went here with coworkers since they said it is the best burger joint in town (they do love American food and chain restaurant so I would take their opinion lightly). Their definition of awesome burger is totally different than mine. The price was okay for the amount and quality of the food. Although, I didn't care for it that much. It taste like cafeteria food you would get at the hospital. It was quite crowded during the lunch rush and food took forever to get out. This place is one of the good burger places! I ordered a milkshake and I enjoyed it all! Nic was a great server and kind to us. He showed us great hospitality to us. One of the things I recommend trying is "The CEO". That double wagyu is very delicious and I enjoyed it. The fries are very tasty and cooked just right. I couldn't stop eating them and it almost ruined my meal because I didn't have room for my burger to eat. The restaurant is a good size as I expected for a burger place. The ambience is very good and they keep this restaurant pretty clean. I definitely recommend this place for burgers. Like I said, try The CEO. Even if it's not prime wagyu that I've had at Japanese restaurants, it's still pretty decent and juicy, at least when I ordered mine. You should try this location. I don't know too much about other Burger Fi locations but I think this location has stayed pretty consistent from the times that I have been. read more
