I'm a big burger fan. And for someone like me, I have very high expectations for this place. Since I'm from California in n out is my favorite burger joint. For something that is nearly as good as in n out, I would have to say burgerfi comes close. Their burgers are a little small but don't let the size fool you, it's very filling. I'm also a very big steak guy to, when I saw the famous Peter Luger sauce from one if the best steak restaurant in the world, I nearly fell to the ground. This sauce pairs perfectly with any burgers that got bacon in it. It's extremely amazing. Frozen custard is amazing but u get sick of it fast. Highly recommend getting the small size and sharing it. This place is good but not 5 stars. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers though. read more

The staff was nice and helped with the menu. Parking is confusing as it's behind the building with signs that say violators will be towed but doesn't advise that the parking lot is for their patrons. They have REAL Coca Cola!!! I haunt Mexican and Jewish groceries to feed my need for Coca Cola made from real sugar, not squeezed corn and this is the first place I've encountered that has the Real Stuff on tap. That alone would make me a fan, but the burgers... oh the burgers, they were something the gods on Olympus only dream of. OK, I might be exaggerating a bit, but in this day of ratings creep, it's hard to express when something is really really good and this is. We were in Winter Park for a plein air painting exhibition (An odd place since this town has made setting an easel up on the street an arrest-able offense.) However, the point is we weren't looking for a great meal. We were just hungry, but the gods of serendipity were kind. It's an island of wonder in the middle of a Fascist town. Even better, the man behind the counter told me that the chain had opened a BurgerFi in my home town of Delray Beach. Look for another review soon. read more

Let me start by saying the food itself was five stars. I had a the breakfast all day burger and it was a big burger that tasted delicious. The urban fries were also really good. The reason I'm giving this restaurant four stars is because the condiment station and bathrooms were pretty messy, and the prices were more on the expensive side for quick service, which is ok, I would just expect the restaurant to be kept a little nicer read more

First time at BurgerFi. I've driven past several times coming home from other places and was finally in the mood to try something new. Pretty nice restaurant. In a very nice area of town. Parking was and traffic in the area is a bit of a pain, but we found some on street parking near by. Lots of outdoor seating and decent indoor seating. They have several pre configured burgers and dogs.but you can make your own single, double or triple patty burgers. They have plenty free toppings as well as add on toppings for extra. They also have a not so "secret" menu on the menu with a few different options. I went with a double cheese burger with bacon and caramelized onions. Also a side of fries and cries (big ole onion rings) it was very well priced. They give you a table pager that u place in the center of your table and they bring the food out to your table. So they are gps pager finders which are pretty cool. Food came out fast, on small metal trays. The burgers are branded with "BurgerFi" which is a cool touch. The burgers were well sized and not too big. My fiancé never finishes burgers at these build your own places and she managed to finish her single cheese burger. The fries were mediocre. Fresh cut fries but not fried enough. And we only got 3 onion rings. They were big but i thought it would be an even amount. Food was great, besides the fries. Nice little joint that we will visit again to try different combination of toppings. read more

I got the double cheeseburger with bacon and Burgerfi sauce and fries with Parmesan, garlic, and garlic aioli sauce. The burger patties were tasty and the bun perfectly sized. But the fries--yum! One order is definitely enough for the table to share. I decided to finish with some dessert and got the Oh My Chocolate concrete (minus the chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles). Today I went to get a take out for dinner. When I placed my order, I had to repeat it twice to the cashier...couldn't tell if she couldn't hear because of the music or if she wasn't listening. When I got home my order was totally wrong...I ordered the Quinoa burger and received a double hamburger. Since I don't eat hamburgers, I had to throw away the meal, needless to say I was disappointed. Not bad. I went here on a whim and it definitely wasn't a bad meal. I loved that they had Cigar City's Florida Cracker on draft! For a first-timer to this restaurant, the overhead screen menus were confusing. The ordering is fast paced and everyone else seemed to know what was going on...I ended up just randomly ordering something I thought sounded good (and it definitely wasn't bad), but I would have liked a little more time to consider the menu, as I would have likely changed my option! I noticed to-go menus finally up at the counter, so I will have a better idea of what I want, if I return. I liked the french fries and I think the menu has some good options. I would like more to choose from, maybe some avocado as a topping...as I love avocado on burgers! I cannot definitively say that I can give a completely accurate review though, as I have only been there once. However, when it comes to something that is relatively easy and inexpensive to make yourself, I find that I have a pretty high standard for what constitutes an amazing burger! read more

Well done BurgerFi, well done. My sister in law was in town and we decided to take her to BurgerFi. We have been talking about trying BurgerFi but never had a chance. First off the location is great but parking is no fun. Lucky for use a space opened near by as soon as we turned on to Park Ave. BurgerFI has a very inviting menu board. The HD images of the burgers makes you want to buy burgers....a lot of burgers. The menu is pretty easy to understand and has a good selections, not a lot of fluff on there. Ok the food. I got the BurgerFi Burger. Not fancy but they did it right. The bun was not over whelming but came to play holding it all together. The toppings all seemed fresh (tomatoes had good flavor and not mushy). The BurgerFi sauce is nice not over whelming but it is there. The meat wasn't overly seasoned, not overly greasy, not overly done...it tasted like a burger. Not the burger to end all burgers but an honest burger. We also got the Cry + Fries. It is a pile of fries with onion rings. The biggest onion rings I have seen. The onion rings were good but the size was a little over whelming and they were a little bland. Not bad but could use a little something. The fries were very good but could have been salted a little more. Still both were good and we enjoyed them. My wife got a Chicago Dog and said it was pretty good for a Chicago Dog outside of Chicago. My sister in law got a burger she custom ordered which she said was very good. We defiantly will go again when we need an honest burger. read more

Walked up to register and after about a minute the employee finally looked up and told me to go to another register that she was "doing something else". Ordered a burger with no cheese and a few other toppings and inquired if they could leave it a little pink. They informed me they could not cook it under medium well but could make it well done if I'd like....?. When the burger came out it had cheese so they took it back and when my new burger was brought out they left off some of the other toppings. Not worth it for a mediocre over priced burger. read more

Always a great tasty burger in a speedy fashion! BurgerFi is an efficient machine that creates delectable meals with options for all/most diets. I go here for dinner often before class. Although it is fairly expensive for a fast-casual experience, I find myself here every couple of weeks because the food tastes so darn good. I am extremely impressed by their management staff. On our last visit the food was not the best. Our burgers were overcooked and the frys were cold. We didn't say anything at the time but had tagged ourselves in one of their posts. They had asked how our visit was and we were honest with them. They emailed us and apologized and explained how it wasn't their standard and offered us a free burger on our next visit. When we arrived this evening we showed the manager the email. We expected to only have one burger comped and would have to pay for the second our fries and drinks. But he discounted our entire meal! He continued to apologize for the last visit and promised he would make sure our food was perfect this time. And it was! This is the type of customer treatment that makes restaurants memorable!
