This restaurant is inside the holiday inn hotel. They take care of the hotels breakfast which I have to say is better than the usual. I love that they have healthy breakfast options which sure come in handy when trying to stick to your diet. I have also tried their dinner options which vary from burgers two salads and everything in between. It also has a great bar area for those looking to relax and have a good time. Cute little restaurant inside of the Holiday Inn. Server was quick and friendly. I ordered a merlot (compliments of the hotel front desk sweethearts) and it was delicious. I also ordered the pesto chicken flatbread app as my meal and it was pretty good. I wouldn't say best flatbread ever but it was definitely bomb and I would eat it again. My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner on Tuesday evening at this hotel restaurant. After a short walk through the lobby, the open sided bar/restaurant was easy to spot. Since it was early, we had our pick of seats. We selected a small table for two instead of a booth, bar seat, or large communal table. After placing our order for a couple drafts (includes local craft brews), we placed our order for burgers and sides. My wife went with the BT House burger and a side salad. I opted for the Uptown Burger and cole slaw. Both of us liked our choices. Her burger came with American Cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, pickle, and a tasty house "KGB" sauce. My burger was seared nicely and had grilled portabello mushrooms, carmelized onions (kinda sweet), Swiss cheese, and roasted garlic mayo. Very good! Although the burger was 1/3 pound, it maintained its juiciness even with the searing. The cole slaw was creamy and used red cabbage which created a pink color. The taste was fine, but I can't say I have ever seen pink slaw before. Service was fine and we didn't have much of a wait between any of our dealings. Cobb Salad for dinner was great, Eggs Benedict this morning, ugh! This will be all over the place because it's not simply a straight up review of an eatery. Let's start on positive side... -the food. It's good. Maybe even really good (depending on the time/day). Almost great (at times). I've had several of the burgers and they are usually good. I've had with bun, and as a wrap. Both good. BUT, if you get as a wrap, tell them to serve on a plate instead of the tray with paper. You start cutting into a juicy burger on paper and you end up eating a lot of paper. The fries are good, but they are hit or miss. -hard to find a hotel eatery that is this good. Normally they are substandard even for fast food standards. With that said, the fact that it's part of a hotel is one reason for the inconsistency in quality and the consistent issue with service. The not so good... -service. It just isn't good. From bartenders who are more fixated on their fiends who are visiting to wait staff that are inattentive, absent minded, or untrained/unaware. If I could pick something they are consistent with, it's service issues. -the price. This place preys on being convenient for guests of the hotel. It's an expensive burger. The apps and sides are expensive. The beer is expensive. You get the drift. It's expensive. This makes the above item even more amplified. There are better alternatives to this place in the area. Unless you are at the hotel and just don't want to go anywhere, I'd try something else. If your stuck, patience and prepare to pay. It will be a good burger, but ultimately, you'll walk away unsatisfied. read more

Stopped here on the way home from the airport one evening. It wasn't very busy at all. But our waitress was super friendly and offered suggestions. We started with the Firecracker Shrimp. It was amazing! I think I could live on them alone! We each ordered burgers. They were very good! Lots of choices for toppings. This place is DELICIOUS! My husband and I came out to the mid-West for Thanksgiving and found this place after our flight into Indianapolis. My wife and I stayed at the Hotel (the restaraunt is inside of the new Holiday Inn by the Airport) and we were both pleasantly surprised by the place. The entire building is brand new and is covered in beautiful marble throughout. When we first got done with our leg of our road trip, both of us were too tired to sit at the bar but I still wanted a beer. The bartender was super friendly and helpful picking out a few different beers to try and I took them up to the room. When we were done unwinding from the drive, we came down to have dinner. The dining area and the bar are co-located and there are a bunch of TVs all over the restauraunt. There weren't too many people so we were the belles of the ball so to speak. Both the waitress and the bartender were helpful and attentive. There is a pretty nice selection of beers including about 10 different beers on tap. A few of which were local Indiana beers...didn't even know Indiana made beers. I had the Indiana Amber which was really nice and my wife enjoyed the Cream Ale (Sunshine maybe). Finally the burgers. Oh man the burgers. We at here for two nights in a row and the burgers were absolutely to die for. As I was telling my wife, it is pretty hard to ruin a burger. Much like pizza, most burgers are always right in that average to the "well, that wasn't too, too bad". Rarely do you find burgers that are really really good. This is one of them. I had the BT burger both times and my wife had the Garden Fresh one night at the burger with mushrooms the other night.
