All four of us in my party were completely ignored by the staff for at lease 10 mins and we only got attention after we all tried to get the one servers attention. The beer and cider selection is severely limited. They actually served my husband stout in a small Pilsner glass...when I asked for a stout glass or better glass they had no clue what I was talking about. It was pathetic!! Finally, we ordered our burgers....the girl taking our order didn't ask if we wanted sides or anything else. It was only after I remembered that we hadn't ordered sides that I had to rush up and ask for fries. Our food was served by a young boy smacking his gum and he looked completely disinterested in getting our order right. We then had to ask for napkins and had to clean the top of the ketchup bottle it was so gross. The burgers were decent, but because we have so many lovely burger places in the Göteborg area I don't find the need to ever return to this one. Very very very disappointing.

This restaurant also has great sides that are well prepared; proper coleslaw, good fries, and great innovative sweet potato fries. One note of care though: like most Swedish burger joints, they want to heap dressing or BBQ sauce all over your burger... so ask for that stuff on the side. This is almost like Käk, and Phils burger in Stockholm... but not quite there yet.
