I don't really care for most of the menu items at BK so it is rare for me to eat there. I do like the Chicken Fries for a snack. I stopped here a few days ago and had some Chicken Fries. The service was really slow given that I was the only customer there and only two more people came in while I was waiting. The food was as expected and there were several tables I went past because they were not clean. If I am a tad hungry and not wanting a full meal I would return. read more

Advertise all day menu but refused to make an order I chose from all day menu, I mentioned it was advertised outside their restaurant and also on the menu board to which I was told to call corporate and complain but they won't start serving that menu until a specific time. The bathroom was disgusting and the service was horrible. NEVER COME HERE. Dad and I went there for dinner and nobody was at the counter. We waited for 2 minutes and nobody came. There was this one lady who was just standing there doing nothing. Bathroom: The floor was cracked, urinal was out of service, and the toilet seat was covered in toilet paper and it was not flushed. We came to order breakfast and had 8 minutes left before lunch was served. We walked in, the worker saw us and walked away and didn't come back for a few minutes. When the worker did come back, 4 minutes left til lunch, they told us they were not taking our order because they are not serving breakfast and are waiting for lunch to change over to take our order. All the reviews on here are spot on. This place is the Titanic and it's sinking fast. Just end the misery and close it. BK as a chain is also done, their customer service is abysmal across all their stores. Maybe instead of those wild commercials and Impossible projects, that money should be invested in training your staff to be competent. I wouldn't be surprised if this store is closed by the end of the year or sooner. It's a dumpster fire, just put it out of it's misery. I really love Burger King, but this place always disappoints me. It's always very slow, I believe they are extremely understaffed. I went recently and they had the doors locked, but the drive-thru was open...WTF? I got the new impossible burger, and it was meh. I think the burger would be pretty good, but everything from this place always seems cold. I kind of thought for as long as I waited, I would have fresh fries; I thought wrong. I will continue to hit this place up from time to time, in hopes that it will get better. read more

This was the worst experience i have every had. I walked in to this restaurant today 6/5 and the manager on dutie her name was Edna, she was very disrespectful and un professional. She repeatedly cursed at her staff and scream very loudly through out the store. One cashier name joy took the worst of it. The young lady looked like she was having a terrible first day because of ednas behavior. I begin to encourage her and she started to cry . That made Edna even more frustrated. She got worst. The next manager on dutie came in and Edna begin to scream even the more cursing and swaring. I told them I was contacting the main office because this was not a good look for their business. I wish someone from corporate would call me, Edna does not need to be a manager nor a member of your team. read more

When I came in, no other customers were here. No one was at the counter either. One lady was making food in the kitchen, and two other people were standing by her doing nothing but talking. After 5 minutes waiting, my wife and I left. The main counter looked like a construction zone as well. Seemed to be no manager on duty. This BK should close. read more

I wish I would have thought to check the reviews first. There is nothing fast about this place. What we expected to be a quick stop took almost 20 minutes. That's unacceptable, especially when I'm travelling and want to get back on the road right away. The food was fine, but absolutely not worth the wait. Shoot! I checked in to this location after I had ordered from the drive-thru so as I read the reviews and waited to round the corner to pay and pick up my food I began to get worried. A twenty minute wait for cold food and rude service? Dang. I had driven to Columbia to pick up a friend from the airport and her flight had been delayed an extra hour so I had time to kill and I was hungry. But I didn't want to spend it all in a fast food line! I worried for nothing! The line was quick and my food was served piping hot from the sweet older lady who passed it to me through the window. I hate I have to give it a star at all. The fact that they have received so many poor reviews and still the management has stepped in to do nothing; says it all. While we were in line 3 people left. We ordered two whoppers, and 1 ff. It took 10 minutes after we ordered to get the food. They didn't even get it right. The cheese wasn't even melted on the burger so it is not being done fresh. Not one employee smiles the entire time we were here. NOONE said please or thanks you. And they dropped the bag in front of us when it was ready. Well, for one friends don't let friends eat at Burger King. I only ever came here when I had a coupon. Whenever I went into the restaurant, the wait time wasn't too terrible (5ish minutes normally), but going through the drive thru? The worst way to kill twenty minutes. Ran through the drive thru after landing Anthe airport at 9pm. Ordered two regular burgers and fries. Cost $4.16. The kids working then, two males and a female, provided me two burgers which had over over a dozen pickles on each and had salted the fries beyond all consumption. read more

Wait staff was very friendly, but man oh man, I could have ordered a year ago and still be waiting. The floor and tables and windows were filthy. The napkins, straws, and ketchup was out of stock, and there was a strange old man wandering around the lobby asking every single customer if they knew where the center of town was.
