Wir stellen jeden Tag unser eigenes Hackfleisch her und verwenden hochwertiges Fleisch der Metzgerei Lauer (BIO zertifiziert). Nur so können wir die hohe Qualität garantieren. Bei so viel Frische können wir die Pattys auch medium oder rare braten. Das Bun kommt aus Caldern, von der Mühlenbäckerei Pfeiffer. Es ist außen krosser als die üblichen Sesambrötchen, im fluffigen Kern versinkt der Patty und rutscht weniger stark aus dem Brötchen. Gemüse und andere Zutaten stammen frisch vom Caspersch Hof aus Lohra - Damm (BIO zertifiziert).
