I've been coming here more often instead of McD's (which is right across the street) for a couple of reasons - first, I prefer the taste/texture of BK chicken nuggets over McDs nuggets (I don't eat nuggets by choice, but because I have to eat whatever my kids don't eat), I love BK's onion rings, and BK is always less busy than Mcds. However, they're a little more expensive than Mcds, and the fries are not always served piping hot (less busy = less fry turnover). Not the best Burger King to go to. We decided to dine in, the booth that we sat at was dirty. You could see all the fingerprints and spillage from previous people on the booth seats. By the looks of it, they don't wipe their dinning area seats down often. Nasty. The women who was taking our order at the counter was unprofessional. While taking our order she was fanning herself with a drink holder. Then I had ordered a jr whopper meal and asked if I could have onion rings instead of regular fries and she said sure. What she failed to do was tell me that they had run out of zesty sauce when I asked for onion rings. Instead she tells me after my order is ready and after I asked for the sauce. Who doesn't use zesty sauce when they eat onion rings at Burger King?!? I was bummed, but I took the onion rings anyways. What pissed me off was, after I finished my meal and walked past the counter to refill my drink, I saw a whole stack of zesty sauce right behind her! Very disappointed, I had a coupon for 2 original chicken sandwich and 2 small fries for$8.99. And another original chicken sandwich. Went to the side as I waited, I looked at the receipt, it said 2 whopper Jr's. Got my food just when I was about to ask. Then the manager tells the cashier how come I had whopper Jr. The cashier said the coupon was for whopper Jr. So she digs in her coupon box and brings out one. If I could give this Burger King location 0 stars I would. It was a typical fast food night. I placed my order at the speaker and was told to drive forward, nothing out of the ordinary so far. When I got to the window however, the cashier held the card reader whilst looking away and kept moving it as I tried to insert it. When I asked her politely if she could hold it still, she got upset and that's when the attitude started. Not wanting to engage I said thank you in hopes of just getting past it without incident. To no avail, she pulled the card reader away in a very angry way then she slammed down something I didn't order .my reply was, oh I'm sorry I didn't order that. I repeated my order to her and she rolled her eyes and snatched the drink away. At that point I became upset with the service and said to her, you can loose the attitude. Her response was "what!" In a loud almost yelling manner. I then repeated myself. " you can loose the attitude " . Then, in front of the manager said what ever to me. I then repeated her whatever to her and to her boss who did not seem too bothered by it. So I told her boss is this the kind of customer service you allow in your restaurant? I was kind I was polite I did not deserve that type of service at all. Burger King already is extremely overpriced and I spent my hard earned money. I don't eat fast food often, but I was in a pinch. By far the worst experience I've ever had in a drive through. The clerk working the window had her belt undone and kept playing with it and her pants while she approached me, took my payment and handled my food.... Should have just driven away at the site of it. My fries were undercooked and soggy, not eatable. My sandwich was half over cooked and half underdone, and drowned in mayonnaise. My drink was definitely not what I ordered, but can't quite pin exactly what it was. Disappointed I spent $12.00 on a meal I immediately threw in the trash. Been awhile since I've been to Burger King & being in Kaneohe coming from Pearl Harbor, went to the drive thru for a quick bite coming off the freeway. Ordered a large decaf black coffee and large tater tots. Mind blown with a total price over $7.00!! And receipt attached to bag did not have a price list! Really? I was like uhh but didn't feel like questioning the server's as I was in a rush. Drove off and would you know it but tots were barely warm not a mile away. I love McDonald's. Whenever possible, I eat there, take my family there and all four of my kids have eaten enough Happy Meals for me to afford a franchise. There's even McDonald's stock in my Ira! So when I decided to brave the roads to find something to eat during Hurricane Lane, (Gasp!) I was stunned to find McDonald's was closed! Lost and not knowing what to do, I noticed Burger King was opened and dreading the worst, decided to stop by. Much to my surprise, I found the place as neat as a pin, with workers assembling orders for both the walk-ins (like myself) and drive thrus. I took advantage of their twofer offer for Whoppers and was surprised to find a well cooked, assembled, hot burger. You could've knocked me over with a feather. The fries were hot and crunchy like McDonalds but less salty. (Which is probably just as well for me because I'm suppose to be on a low salt diet.) So I'll need to check these folks out again and may alternate between the two. Good selection, good value and fast service. What more could one ask for? read more

However, this Burger King tends to take a little longer than average fast food restaurants around the same times in the area. The ordering process is generally pretty good, in that the person taking your order usually speaks clearly without a heavy accent and I rarely have to ask them to repeat or repeat anything myself. Food quality is less than average compared to other Burger King locations; fries being undercooked or room temperature, vegetables being a little old, etc. My biggest complaint about this location is order accuracy. They tend to often forget at least one item, and a couple times we've received more than what we ordered. It can also sometimes be difficult to get through to anyone via phone at their restaurant to have the situation rectified, and then I have to send an e-mail to corporate. Unfortunately the people in my household just insist on eating Burger King from time to time, so we've started being those annoying drive-thru customers who take an extra minute to sort through their order and make sure everything is correct. I recommend anyone else out there to do the same. That was our second time there with my family and I had gone to this Burger King and waited about 30 mins to order our food thru the drive thru until I told my daughter to call and find out what's going on with there drive thru speaker was told to go pass the speaker to order when the car behind us ordered. The first time we went there my husband and I ordered burger meals that were cold and fries and onion rings were nasty tasted, call the next day in the morning and spoke to a manager and told her what happen and honored us free meals went the same day I called the night manager was very rude so it looks like we will never go there again. read more

Probably my worst fast food eating experience of all time. The food was awful, ordered 2 kids meals one burger with fries and the other chicken nuggets with apple sauce, soft drink for one and apple juice the other. When the food first came out all it was was chicken nuggets in both bags, and I had to ask for each individual item that was missing. I also ordered a caramel Twix shake(had to remind them to give it to me after they gave me the food) and when I asked if it was caramel the worker threw it in the trash and went to the back without saying anything. Then brought the other shake out and when I asked that time she answered yes. There was gum on the floor in the booth my kids and I sat in and we all got gum on our shoes. I definitely would not recommend eating here and today it reminded me why I haven't visited a Burger King in years read more

Nothing special but the drive thru operator had a hard time understanding that we had a "Buy one, Get one free coupon". We decided to go to the drive thru but saw that they werent open for lunch yet. But as soon as lunch time started, they flipped the menu and lunch was served. A+ for being on time with that. The reason why Im giving them two stars is because our food DID come out quick....but that was too quick for lunch "just starting". AND..... the Original Chicken Sandwiches came out really dry leaving me to believe that we got leftovers! Yuck! read more

Ok, so I just got through reading some not to good comments regarding this BK, so I wanted to add my humble opinion to this location When we got here there were a few families enjoying their meals. The dining room area is pleasantly updated, I like it. The music is set just right where you won't need to talk over the music to be heard. We were greeted by our cashier as well as the cashier working next to her I had their newest Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I was impressed it was great (pictured) my hubby had the extra long BBQ cheeseburger, he loved it, to me ah, it was ok! It was 2 burgers, onion rings covered with BBQ sauce and cheese. As an added note, there was always a worker who was visible in the dining area cleaning and wiping up. It's always great coming to nice & clean dining area! Even their restrooms are nice & clean! Burger King - Newest addition Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich $1.59 - Fast Food Near Me - Kaneohe, Hawaii

Burger King is one of my favorite fast food go to places however at this location I have not had the best food/drinks. This review is strictly on the food/drinks not the customer service. The last two times I ordered the original chicken sandwich, medium, with a sprite. The Sprite does not taste like Sprite, maybe the carbon sensor or one of the sensors if off or not the right amount. The fries seem to be old. On top of everything I've been asked to go pull forward and they will bring my food out. There was no cars ahead of me so I was curious why they did this. However when they gave me my food they were extremely polite. In the future I will be trying a different location if I'm craving Burger King. read more

Today, friend and I went to try the Big King XL. Drive through. Nothing on the outside menu, so I just tried ordering it. For two meals $26.00!!!!! Friend said no problem. I downloaded the Burger King app that says once you're near a Burger King it will generate the coupons. It request that you use it in the store so I went inside the store instead of the drive-through. And then I went to order and the lady says we don't use the phone coupons you have to use paper. And she shuffle through a bunch of paper coupons that are next to her that have the code that would work. It's the same code every time it's not a different code. So I asked her can I use that code instead since I only came because of the coupon. She said no. I I know it's the same code cuz it's work before in the drive thru. She said I know the code. If you're not going to show me you appreciate my business I'm not going to give you my business. read more

One of the better fast food burger places. I think the overall quality of the burgers are superior to most places. The inside of the place is rather nice and comfortable. The staff seem really nice and the service was ok. Now for the bad portions. Mainly has to the pricing. Normally I wouldn't bother mentioning this but a large drink there by itself was almost $3.50. At the time the prices were not shown but talk about sticker shock. Also I usually get a combo but for $12.50 I expected something a little more. It was large sized and I still walked away hungry. For what they are charging you might as well go to a normal restaurant. read more

These hard workers put McDonald's to shame when it comes to FAST service. Every Wednesday night, I come here for my favorite teriyaki whopper and fries. And Burger King fries are the BEST!
