Horrible service. Took me forever to get my food. The chicken nuggets were cold and fries. That's why when you go inside it's always empty.

Worst service with some of the worst employees!!! Got my 11year old 4 hot dogs, who doesn't like relish or onions on his hot dogs so I told them none of that at the drive thru. When we got our hot dogs they had them on it. So I told them and instead of saying sorry they gave me a big attitude about it? With an attitude they gave me 4 new hotdogs which I told my son to check because I did not trust them. Everything seemed OK until we got home and all four hotdogs were cold. Unbelievable!!! They ruined my sons day because all he wanted was to his hot dogs and I live too far to go back. I tried calling but nobody picks up. This Burger King is the worst!!! Germantown has all the fast food biggies and we frequent them all....except for Burger King. They are the closest to us but we will drive miles out of our way for something else. On the rare occasions we are desperate enough to go there we never get what we ordered (and paid for) the food is cold and tasteless. So I will never go to ANY BK anywhere-anytime. read more

I ordered two 10 piece nuggets for $1.00 each. I ordered one of them as a combo. I was charged $1.00 for one order and $6.58 for the combo. That's $5.58 for a medium fry and a medium drink. The combo should reflect the price of the nuggets special. read more

I come here for the strawberry sundaes and every time I come here for the past six weeks all the ice cream maker has been broken. Not sure how true it is but hat is what they say to me. You can't turn around in their drive through and you are stuck. They are truly nasty workers and seem to hate their jobs. The line is long and the service is even longer. This mother fuker from BK delivery, charged me $14.14 including the delivery fee but once he arrived 2 hours later...... he took my $20 bill and just took that without giving me any change back, saying that it would be his tip, when technically it should have been the $2 that was added to my total in the first place, he takes my $20 bill even when i asked for change and left because he had "other deliveries". This would have been no stars at all if that were an option. I ordered an original chicken sandwich for delivery at this location along with other items for the family. Their food arrived to order but not very tasty. My sandwich came with moldy bread ( picture is also posted in business photos ). I called the BK headquarters and the lady was apologetic. She assured me a representative would call me back shortly. After not hearing from them after half an hour I called the restaurant itself. They did offer to send me a new sandwich but I refused. Chances are if one bun in the bag is moldy, so are the others. I did ask for a refund and they said I had to speak to the headquarters. I emailed them an hour later with the same complaint I called about including a picture of what I received and still 2 days later I have not heard from anyone from the Burger King franchise. Wife and I were feeling lazy, so we ordered Burger King delivery... Fast food delivery, seemed rather comical for a Friday night. Placed order at 6:43pm EST. Store manager finally calls at almost 9:54pm asking if we still want the order filled. I resisted the temptation to say yes and then just not answer the door. Multiple calls to the restaurant went unanswered, a phone that conveniently has no voicemail. BK call center filed three tickets against the store for lack of service. Call center representative informed us that the store is fined for each ticket, and gave us the BK corporate number. Unfortunately, BK HQ is only open Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm CST. Yes, I am one of those people who will actually follow-up to ensure accountability. Go online to see a 1/5 Yelp rating... Moral of the story, check Yelp first. How this place keeps the doors open is rather impressive. read more

My family and I came to your Burger King location today 1/13/13 around 1pm and got our lunch after we had left church. we ran some errands and while we were out, my daughter had said that her stomach was really hurting and she didnt feel so good. She fell asleep in the car. As we got home, she said she still didnt feel good. She said she wanted to go to bed, I said ok. As soon as she said that she literally projectile vomited across the floor. On our way to the bathroom, ANOTHER came out, then right before going to the toilet, ANOTHER round came out. I know she got food poisoning from your store because she only ate half of the cheeseburger and all you could smell was the cheese from the burger, that obviously wasnt good.... I came in around 6pm to demand my money back for the meal that made my daughter sick. The manager on duty asked me why it took me so long to come back in WHY!?! because my daughter has been throwing up for the past hour and a half. I just want my money back. Then the manager asked why didnt you call the store? UM I DID CALL THE STORE! NO BODY ANSWERED! The manager did give me my money back for my daughters meal. But I still feel that I should have gotten ALL my money back for all of our meals. I dont think that my family and I will be back to your Burger location. I am a big advocate of good customer service. This is a chain restaurant, with this location being the weakest link in the chain. When you start charging for condiments over three. I took my daughter and her friend to this particular location for lunch on 07/02/2019. We ordered three meals and were asked to pay for condiments over t three. The food was cold and the fries were over salted. The cashier at the window was rude and the gentleman that gave us the food at the next window was nasty after I asked him for an additional sauce after spending 24.00 and some change on three meals. If the service was this bad in the drive thru , I can only imagine what he dine-in part is like. read more

I've visited this particular location about three times since I've been I n this neck of the woods, and I have to say that I have been very impressed with the quality of the service during my most recent visit. I do like the Whoppers because they are char-broiled, and I think the food is a step-up from your average hamburger fare that you can get at other fast food places. Perhaps I haven't given some of the other menu items a fair chance, but I tend to order what I am used to. I don't expect a five star experience from fast food places and by-and-large they are average and they get the job done. Food that is served to you quickly and it hopefully will fill the void, and hold you over until you sit down for a real meal. My most recent visit was awesome, and my order was ready in seconds- not minutes, seconds! Everything worked great thanks to one of the staff members named Joseph. He knows how to treat customers, and I hope that he receives performance bonuses, because he deserves it! read more

I stopped by to pick up dinner for the family, went inside instead of drive through since their drive thru is slow plus I wanted to look at the menu. Whoa, what a surprise, they no longer have counter service. It is all automated, you have to order on a screen. Very clunky when placing a large order for many people, very impersonal - you can't ask questions, hard to get the order right. I complained to the staff, he said it's not his business, this is what all the Burger Kings do now. Very sad atmosphere in the place. We do love their burgers, but won't go back again, DONE! read more

I was the only one in line and first off it took 15 minutes for my food. My meal was 4.22 so I gave him 5.22 to get a dollar back, he didn't give me my change until I asked for it in the end. An actual receipt with charges on it was not given to me. By the time I drove off I was late to work and he forgot to give me napkins and a straw. I had nothing to drink my drink with without it spilling everywhere. My hashbrowns were cold and the bag was not full. As pretty much every previous review has mentioned. Stay away. We play basketball near here so we always stop at this Burger King. The drive thru really is the slowest one you will ever experience. It's really odd. You can be the only one in line and it will literally take you 10 minutes or more to get your food. I literally have been there 20 times and they always mess up the order (we come here only because my son loves BK food). Their language skills are pretty bad, you generally have to repeat your order multiple times and yes they still do get something wrong. Today my son ordered a plain whopper with cheese only. I ordered a chicken sandwich with three items on it. Both items came out wrong, way wrong. The manager told me she watched the cashier take our order and we did not order it the way we said we did. How is that possible we both did not correctly verbalize our orders. My son ordered first, then I ordered and we both did not place our order correctly and she saw the entire transaction? I am going to assume she is not a liar, just did not see the order and thinks she did. She kept saying, "I watched her take your order and you did not tell her". How about the cashier did not mutter one word to us (except asking if I wanted the meal) and either does not understand English or was not listening well enough. To keep arguing with me that both of us did not ask for our order properly is totally ridiculous. The common denominator here is the Cashier. Not a good place of business when your manager cannot say sorry but instead wants to back up a cashier even though she clearly did not see the transaction in it's entirety. Again, two separate people place their order, both orders are wrong and the manager wants to blame us to the point of arrogantly dismissing us. Time to teach my son to eat healthier and visit another place after basketball. read more
