Paul was out today and in short order inspected the valve, replaced a defective part and corrected the improperly installed valve. He also checked the water heater and found the temp settings were wrong as well. In about 20 minutes he was done and Mom had hot water and her new ADA shower is now properly working. He's awesome, reliable and reasonably priced too. It's hard to find professionals in the construction trades in BHC who show up, know what they are doing and are honest. I have had Water solutions come over 3 different times and…read morethe last time I called was about no pressure from my RO system. So no healthy water or ice cubes for a year. I finally called them and they came right out. Even calling me from another jobsite to tell me exactly when they would arrive. After 15 minutes of troubleshooting, the tech went under my house and found that the h20 line from the RO to the fridge had been chewed up by some sort of animal and thus the reason for no H20 pressure. They replaced the chewed up line and got me back up and running and didn't try to hustle me for a new water softener or RO system filters. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Even checked the performance of my water softener. All good. 5 stars.
