He had hired more help and came out to see what needed to be done. He listened to everything that Mom wanted done and started the next week. I've texted him several times with questions or comments and he always replies. A sprinkler head was broken by his crew; but when I alerted him to the problem he was out having it fixed within a day. My 96-year-old mother is very pleased as she loves her yard although she can't work in it any longer.
