Never again! This is the most unprofessional and rude place I have been to in Oaxaca. They lose your items and then say they never had them. They ruined an expensive shirt with their dirty iron. They leave stains on sheets from how they pour the softener on them. And, the worst, they accuse you of stealing when they place the someone else's items in your plastic bag. The women supposedly in charge, was so rude and offensive we are actually working on a boycott from others in our neighborhood. I give folks a few chances, but the last straw was her audacity of accusing an elderly lady, the most honest and kind women I have had the honor of knowing, of stealing. The woman who was accused of stealing an ugly t-shirt would walk 10+ blocks to return 5 pesos if given too much change. Karma will get them! read more
