Because of Yelp, I found a realtor that had extensive experience, however, she didn't have the time and support I needed as a first time homebuyer. I requested a different realtor that had the time to answer all of my questions (I had many and I started asking these questions at sometimes 3AM!!) and the support I needed. Basically, I needed someone who will hold my hand and carry me through the whole process. So came ELIZABETH OLIVERA!! She is AMAZING! Not only is she intelligent but such a great listener. I can honestly say, Elizabeth was a GOD send to me and my family. She took my hand and my family and got us through probably the most stressful time of our lives. We saw so many homes and Elizabeth was there all the way. I gave her lists and lists of homes to see and she was game. She submitted so many offers at my requests that she was probably questioning my sanity the whole time! LOL. She is a SUPERWOMAN! Like I've said, I needed someone to guide me through the whole process and she did that and beyond. I can never repay her for what she has done for me and my family. After a couple of months of owning the house, I had plumbing issues. I tried to get it resolved (going on 3 weeks) but was unsuccessful. I emailed Elizabeth and told her what was happening and not even a couple of hours later, she had a solution for me. The plumbing issue was resolved within a day with her help. This has happened a couple of times and Elizabeth always came through for me. She is AMAZING!!
