I couldn't believe this store was in Maple Creek. I'm from Calgary, but I'm originally from Swift Current, so I usually know what to expect with small town stores. Cowtown Kids Toy & Candy blew me away not just with the design of the store, but with the variety of things in the store. I would put this store against any privately owned toy store in Calgary it's that good. It's a perfect store for kids to spend their allowance, for parents to pick up presents for a birthday party or to stroll down memory lane. I bought $10 worth of candy that I hadn't seen since I was a kid. My Father-in-law bought a bag full as well. If you live in Maple Creek or are just passing through, you must make this a destination to check out.
