They know how to help calm you down in your time of crisis, so they can accurately send you the help you need. There is a lot that happens here at dispatch. They don't only serve one department but send out units from 6 police departments, 6 fire departments, up to 6 ambulances, EMA services, animal control, the coroner, as well as call for wreckers, contact judges, county attorneys, KSP, railroads, cps, and several other departments when needed. Bullitt County Ambulance balanced billed me for everything the insurance didn't pay, then when we paid the balance so that it doesn't go to a credit agency they charged $6 processing fee twice for the debit card payment. Even in an emergency situation I will refuse services with this company. read more
