In over 40 years this agent is the worst of any I have ever dealt with. The girls up front seem…read morenice and take the info without issue but that is where it stops. Someone must be directing the women to change things after I walk out the door. I have had SF insur at this office since 2012 but the original agent died and Zach took over. The problems and mistakes started the first year he was there. I asked for the collision insur on a car to be suspended for 6 months in the winter because the car is in storage and not driven while we are out of state. He did just the opposite, suspended the truck insur and kept the car insur active so I was driving around 6 moths without insur and did not know until I received a letter from SF corporate. I then purchased insur from another company in Fla. Zach notified the state of Tenn saying I had dropped my coverage so Tn sent me a letter and cancelled my concealed carry permit. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get that activated again. 2-3 years later I needed to add a policy and should not have gone back but I had motorcycle policies there. I walked in and asked them to add a new car policy to my motorcycle policies. My wife has her own business, auto and home policies and we keep things separate. After I walked out the door Zack told them to change what I told them to and they added me to her policies. They were covered under her business and this was my personal. Dec1 2022-I purchased new policies through Progressive, much cheaper by the way, I called and asked the woman to cancel the policies Dec 31 because the policy with Progressive was set to start Jan 1 2023. Zach cancelled my SF policies the next day which would have left me without insur until Jan. This guy is just childish and incompetent. After all of this I decided to cancel the motorcycle policies and after getting those active with Progressive I called and Zach answered. I asked him to cancel the motorcycle policy. He said I'll cancel your boat policy too, you need to go elsewhere. I had already planned that but it was his childish unprofessional attitude toward the whole thing.
