And when it comes to your dream home, it's essential that the design is detailed, precise, and, most importantly, unique to your vision. At Builder Design Studio, I'm passionate about helping homeowners, and my way of sharing that passion is by drawing affordable floor plans. I've been designing homes since 1991, and I built homes from 1975-2009. This first-hand experience has provided me with a unique understanding of what works and what doesn't when it comes to building a house. Meet the Business Owner: Bill M.

Bill is a design professional with a vast depth of skill and knowledge in both residential and building design and construction. After eight years in the Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, he founded a custom home building company in 1975. He founded Builder Design Studio in 1992 to compliment his design-build philosophy. Bill specialized in architecturally significant designs for his building business. Bill retired from building homes in 2008 but continues the tradition of architecturally significant designs with his work at Builder Design Studio. Bill has designed homes for the Texas Hill Country, homes on canal lots in Padre Isles, on South Texas ranches, on prestigious Ocean Drive in Corpus Christi, and homes in the tri-state area around Cincinnati. His homes and designs have won awards at home shows in Texas and the tri-state area. Houzz has awarded Bill with Best of Houzz Service awards three years in a row. His studio is a member of the American Institute of Building Design.
