They always have plenty of stock, and lots of special offers. The Basingstoke branch doesn't have a toilet and baby changing facility, which is worth knowing as most branches have, but thats the only downside. Staff will go out of their way to help you. If what you want isn't on the shelves, they will go and check the warehouse: and last year when everywhere was sold out of pink DS Lites they weren't allowed to reserve stock for people but would call you as soon as the item came into stock.

Well, they've quite a lot (if you crane your neck to look up as well as down) and the prices are pretty competitive. If only it wasn't so bright, garish, there was an opportunity to rest your feet (the store's pretty big). Anyway, I still exited lighter of wallet, lighter of heart (got what I was looking for) and pleased that I, a father who has precious little time to go to real shops, managed to contribute to my little ones happiness.

It also has quite a selection of educational products and toys and I do tend to shop here if I am looking for these particular products. I find this particular store quite difficult to move round in as it is so small and if there are people with pushchairs it can prove very difficult especially as they also tend to have products on the floor that you have to steer yourself round. It has some lovely little touches such as a rear room with a Thomas Set that the children can play with and there is usually a garage or some other toy to keep them entertained also. Only problem is it can be hell trying to get them out! I feel this store is aimed at the younger children as there do not seem to be many items that would be suitable for over 8 year's of age. Staff are very helpful and friendly and you are not usually waiting round to get served for too long.

Things are generally in the area they are supposed to be. The staff are generally helpful and polite - of course there are always those who are the exception to the rule. The store is generally not hugely busy and when it is they do a pretty good job of making sure they put the extra staff on the floor and on the cash registers.
