Terrible experience from start to finish. I was told 5 days, but it took 2 weeks. I was then told…read moremy shoes were ready, drove out to pick them up, and they were not even there. After more excuses and another promise for the next day, I was blown off yet again. To make it worse, when I finally got them back, 1 of the 4 pieces I specifically asked to have replaced was not even done. Poor communication, wasted trips, broken promises, and incomplete work.
