They seemed nice enough on the phone but a few weeks after they said they'd sprayed, our aspen trees were dripping aphid sap like there was no tomorrow. My wife called them back with no results. I called them again and was informed that they didn't spray our house in the first place. I was told, mater-of-factly, they'd sprayed the wrong house. The owner, Kirk, talked to me on the phone and really didn't seem to care that he'd really screwed us up. Anyone with apple trees knows timing is key. Instead of coming right out to remedy the problem, he was rude and said no way was he going to do that. He said maybe next week. I'm sorry. That was not acceptable as they were the ones who made the mistake. Find another company. These guys aren't interested in doing a good job...pass them by.

I called again after all services were completed to confirm that they completed all services, and yes, they did. I said: great, we don't need any more services. After taking care of this and some other errands we left to travel Europe with confidence that nothing is hanging over our heads. After we arrived I found their sticker on my front door saying that they performed another service. How? All gates are locked, therefore no excess to the back side of the house. Checked my credit card and found full charge for the service at the time when we were in Europe. Apparently, my last call did not register in their books. When I called the 3rd time I was told that they cannot locate my call, that I did not call them to cancel their services, that their supervisor will call me back. Those were all lies. I understand that it's easier to blame someone else if they dropped the ball. But I don't like when people call a liar. I called the last 4th time to find out why their supervisor hasn't called me back. There was no explanation, but I was told that they are not going to give a refund, because there is no record of me calling them. This is highly unprofessional and very upsetting. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I have no problem with their services, but with customer service and management.
