Upon arrival we signed in and waited about 10 minutes for the receptionist to get off the phone with her friend, then she ask what we were there for, we said X-ray then she says we cannot do any X-rays today the technician called in sick. Why not put a sign on the door saying no X-rays today instead of wasting peoples time! Poor customer service. Would not recommend this facility to anyone! read more

This office is almost directly across from my son's pediatrician. She requested that we get an X-ray of his hand asap, and asked us to drive across the street to Buford Road Imaging to get it. We walked in and were greeted by a middle aged white woman (wish I had her name) at the front desk. She was doing her job, but it appeared she wished she was doing other things. We wished we were doing other things too, like going to another facility. She was not the least bit friendly. We were seen quickly though, so not so bad. What I'm really giving 2 stars for is the TV in the waiting room. I was there with a child. They were playing some reality show about southerners. I don't know the name of it, but can tell you that about every third word was getting bleeped out. However, the subtitles were completely accurate and not blanking anything out. There was talk of sex and cheating as well. This is not appropriate on any level for any medical facility to have on when patients are present. There was an elderly lady next to us who heard my son say that it was inappropriate and she commented as well that she did not appreciate this. I've been to Chesterfield Imaging where they have HGTV on and other facilities that have something a little more neutral on. Since this is my second review of an HCA facility with inappropriate television content on in their waiting rooms, I would encourage the powers that be there to re-evaluate what is appropriate for your patient base if you are to continue to have televisions on during patient hours.
