Haven't been here in years but the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are chef's kiss. Y'all already know I don't have to explain further. There are so many flavors, spice levels, and wing variations. The wings come with a side of ranch or blue cheese. Ranch was the preferred side. Not busy at all for the day after Christmas!!! We were surprised! Also our waiter checked in on us frequent. Loved her. This was a good get together for my husband, his friend Kyle & me. Talk about a reunion with some good food. Good people. Good vibes. Pics or it didn't happen but it did happen. Zero stars if I could! I was craving a Smashburger and decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try. Even after driving there, something in me said this might not go well--but I decided not to judge a book by its cover. Upon entering, I was greeted nicely and the staff seemed diverse and friendly, so I felt comfortable staying. I ordered a Smashburger and clearly explained to my server that I know what a Smashburger is, but I needed my meat well done. Unfortunately, it seems that request went in one ear and out the other--either the server didn't communicate it or the kitchen didn't care to follow it. What I received was undercooked meat, and I do not eat raw burgers. This is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this location. Food took a long while to arrive, we ordered medium wings and they served it to us with barely any sauce on it, I thought they were plain, and they got our order for fries wrong, giving us a small order, though we ordered large fries. This might actually have been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. From waiting to the service. We walked in and stood at the front for around 6 or 7 minutes before getting sat. From start to finish our experience was great! Our server Ashley was awesome. She was friendly, and checked on us throughout our meal with a smile. Now, about our food. We ordered 20 traditional wings with various sauces, and a side of cheese curds. When we got our food it was hot, and fresh! We were actually shocked at how good everything was. I arrived at the restaurant and had 4 different people look at me while I was standing at the door waited 15 minutes until I finally got help. The lady that did help me looked miserable and didn't even greet me with a smile. When I did get sat down the table was sticky. I finally got my food after waiting 30 minutes. And the wings were absolutely cold like they just came out the fridge. And the wing sauces were mixed. I got them remade. And the second order was cold as well. I couldn't get the waiters attention to even make it right. I finally asked for the check and got charged for ranch we never even got. Then I got home and called the manager and he was being defensive and didn't even want to make it right. I told him the problems we had and the disgusting food we got. And he had an attitude the whole time over the phone and didn't seem to care about what I had to say. For a multi million dollar company they couldn't even give a $70 refund. I get here to pick up my order and am greeted by a nonchalant manager like "oh it happens can't stop villains". Actually can if you make them show a receipt. Surprisingly the restaurant was almost empty on a Sunday afternoon of a championship weekend. We were seated right after the got a table for our party of seven. There was a pretty full staff but somehow no one came over to ask us about drinks for over ten minutes. We happened to catch the eye of a busboy and then he went and got us a server. Service overall was slow to happen. Drinks were slow and food came to half our party and then we had to wait for a little while for the other half of the table to get their food. Refills on drinks took awhile. Food was decent. Restaurant was very quiet and parties that started to come in, seemed to have to wait a long time to be seated which was odd because the place was empty. Just got home from there with take out. First we ordered like 26 wings and you don't get the pick how many to a flavor. We had 2 flavors , went home to find out that one flavor was in 6 wings and the other 20 was in the other flavor but it was a wet rub instead of the dry rub as ordered. Really? 26 can't split half half or ask for clarification? Also, very little amount of tots were given. It was like any other tots. Don't recommend this location. I should've known from the girl and guy up front saying my order incorrectly (saying that there's cheese on my tots. I'm not no, there's no cheese and I never asked for it) and admitted that they've been messing up a lot of orders. How about doing the job better and not socialize. Absolutely the worst service! There was no hostess this afternoon and very few customers. The bartender, who seemed to be enjoying his bar customers very much sat us as far away from him as possible. He never smiled or made eye contact with us. Much to our surprise, he eventually came back to take our order. Again, no eye contact, no smile, nothing. There were only two of us, me and my father, and our order was extremely simple, street tacos and 6 wings. However, we sat there for over 30 minutes without ever being checked on. To add insult, the table behind us came in about 10 minutes later and received their orders of 4 burgers. I asked their waitress to check on our food and still no one checked on us. We finally got up and left. The manager said "Hope you enjoyed your meal " to my response of "No, we didn't, we had a terrible experience. Good wasn't great, my husband got a burger and hated it. He said, barely any meat, cheese was clear and he said he has had way better burgers from non-burger restaurants. Fries became really hard, stale textured after about 5-10 minutes of sitting. I received the chips and salsa. Chips were very yummy and fresh but very oily! The salsa tasted funny and it was sweet. Not a regular salted salsa. Which, we were not expecting a Mexican restaurant style, but won't get it again. I got the Nashville Hot chicken Sandwich, it was good flavor and the chicken was very good. Juicy and crispy on the outside, the slaw was a dry though. Bun was soft and appetizing. Same thing happened with my fries though, after about 5-10minutes they became very stale and hard. Seasoning was good though. Our waitress was very nice but seemed short handed, we were waiting long periods of times 15minutes in between for drink refills and closing out check. We were not asked about the online check out option and didn't get to give our phone number to start the process. Bill over all was very cheap, $6 for burger, $11 for sandwich, and $5 for queso, but not worth going back. I'd rather pay more somewhere else to get better food and better service tbh. Going out is a luxury and I don't want to miss out of that opportunity to have a cheaper meal and lesser service. Oh, one last thing noticed, floors were really dirty and they have a time online of closing at 1am but chairs were being put up at 9:45pm. I guess short staffed? Finally got seated, but still waited to the point of almost leaving the table. The 6 traditional wings I ordered were small, tough and overcooked; yet came out pretty much room temperature. The chicken wings were over cooked and dry, the dry rub was overpowering as they seemed to be masking the fact that the wings were poorly done. Went in for the infamous Thursday bogo and left highly disappointed. $28 dollars, 2 failed attempts later and my order was still not prepared correctly. I ordered two basket of fries with salt and vinegar and received no salt and vinegar. I ordered a 15 boneless of mango habanero wet received a 30 piece barely doused in mango habanero( which was more salt than spicy might I add). Finally, I used my 10 free wings reward and ordered them crispy ... instead what I received was giggly skin and undercooked in my professional eating and cooking opinion. At no point in time should one bite into a piece of a wing and smell raw chicken. To say the least I was highly disappointed about losing my reward over wings that were prepared wrong twice that I could not stomach to eat. I've never had an issue at other locations when specifying crispy and receiving that in addition to requesting salt and vinegar on my fries and receiving just that. Michael White assistant manager tried to help but I don't know if the attempt to return my reward to my account will in fact go through to compensate for the wings I could not eat. Not to mention the boneless wings weren't any better. Finally what I thought would be a 20 min order and dine out visit turned into an hour. I'm exhausted and disappointed . I find I am also blown away by the food at Buffalo Wild Wings. First, I am always put off by Yelp entries where there are more corporate staged shots posted, than by actual consumers. Second, it is just not a good sign when a burger at a "wing" place is better than the wings. I went on a night that happened to be very sparse of customers, and yet, the 5 little "Nashville hot" wings I ordered were not hot in any stretch of the definition. Not hot in temperature, not the least spicy. I rarely send food back or don't finish, but I ate 3 out of 5 wings and was glad for locally brewed beers to make up the slack. Service was great, kitchen was zoned out. A lot of money was spent constructing this cavernous venue, but with unenjoyable food, the intent is lost. :p PS: Making margaritas with Mountain Dew is an affront to not only Mountain Dew, but also the good agave distillers south of us. read more

When it comes to BWW, I tend to set my expectations a bit lower as they tend to be a little slower than an average restaurant. Plus, my food has been brought cold in the past a lot, BUT when I went to this location, none of that actually happened. Me and my co-workers came in around 7 when they had the special on regular wings, and the restaurant was not too busy at the time and they're was a lot of space. The restaurant was very clean at the time we came in also, so that was a plus. We were seated right away, and we were served very quickly. Our waiter (didn't catch her name) was probably one of the best I've ever gotten in BWW, as she was very serviceable and quick for our table. Since there was a special on traditional wings the day we went, we all got traditional wings with some extra sides, and it hit the spot! I got 2 small wings (BOGO) with honey BBQ and salt/pepper dry rub, and they came out hot and flavorful! I also got potato wedges, and while I wish I had a little bit more, they were made very well. We were constantly being serviced and overall had a pleasant experience. If you come at the right time and get the right waiter, you'll have a good time here, and chances are we got both, and while the food was fine, the service was great, so roll the dice and try this place out! read more
