So honestly the whole experience was pretty suburb. The staff is not friendly at all. They rudely talk to your kids and position them. When checking out they are rude to clients and tell them to go through the red rope and let themselves out. They are very short and not friendly at all. At one point waiting for photos they told us to get out of the way and move. Took 45 min just too print pictures... they discouraged I think about 15 people we saw from coming for photos because of "wait" even though there wasn't but two groups. What took so long is the printing and picking out pictures. Never again. Find another one that is friendly with fast service. read more

So much fun!! Helpful hint- you can get wood grain frames at Walmart for $5. Save yourself some money and just buy the photos. Everyone was professional and wonderful!! It is helpful to know what kind of photo you'd like. The example books were helpful!! read more

I recently had the pleasure to witness a fun event with my grandchildren and great grandchildren in June 2024. We went to the studio in Keystone known as Buffalo Old Time Photo. Mike Glasser, the business owner, and his wonderful assistant worked with my kids in taking family portraits. It's an event I wish I had taken video of as it would have been a great training video for future photographers. Mike and his associate worked their magic in getting the attention of my 5 great grandchildren, all little ones, with the youngest being handicapped. He got a world class family photo of both parents and 5 kids, no easy feat! Mike is experienced and has wonderful techniques for getting all to cooperate. His staff is well trained, experienced, while being cheerful and personable. The historic costumes and sets are extensive and creative. Phone number is wrong on yelp listing, can't find a phone number for them. They hand you a card with a website to find your photos, the site exists but your photos are not there because the keystone site does not exist - seems like a scam at the moment. The photo we bought at the time were good. If I could find my pics online they would get a 4 or 5. read more

Amazing!! This was the best old time photo experience. They had a few different backgrounds and a lot of costumes in different sizes to choose from. The whole experience took about 30 minutes. The photographer was great and really knew his job. We loved the results! read more
