To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.

Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work.
