If you are short on cash and want to eat meat ... this is a good place if you're in the south part…read moreof the city. (it's a few blocks from Six Flags).
Their complete package of choice of meat (arrachera, sirloin, rib eye, T-bone, etc) is about ten bucks. This includes "rancher beans" which are great, small baked potato, and the usual garnishments of fried onions, chilies, etc.
The portion of meat is pretty good ... even when the quality is only medium.
It's a large place ... usually very busy but with enough seating even at peak times. Valet parking for two bucks. They also have hamburger platters, which are hefty and tasty. Very casual. btw, they also have delivery to areas within a couple of miles.

If you want really quality steaks and can pay another five bucks per person, go up the side street where S & B is located, about two blocks, and there are two Argentinian steakhouse restaurants there: one on each side of the street. They have some awesome cuts and a nicer sit-down atmosphere. Also bigger menu, with nice salads, etc. Very popular but with less capacity; you may need reservation if you don't want to wait.
So all-in-all, it's a good area for reasonably-priced steak meals.
