I would not have taken the time to post this review had they done the right thing and refunded me for a defective tune I would never buy from them again and I will post on YouTube showing the video invoices shipping back and forth to reach as many people I can this is my only recourse to prevent others from going through what I had to experience. Not only did they get our truck back on the road in an amazingly short amount of time they also charged us a very decent price for the work they did (other places in the states would have taken advantage of the situation and charged us more than necessary so we are very grateful for them being so kind). 10/10 would recommend anyone with diesel issues to go to this shop in Canada.

Never have I been treated so horrible in a shop that I am paying 120 per hour! I was sworn at and named called by their front desk person (Rob). I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! EVER! And its to bad cause even tho the time on my repair was high the work was very well done. Rob threaten to hide my vehicle and charge me storage fees when I said that the time was to high. I even mentioned to him that I called three other shops and they all quoted way under their time. Never go to this place ever, you be better off going to a dealer, at least they rip you off with a smile. :)

Thursday Arrives, Wheels are in and they tell me tires didn't make it in wont be in until Tuesday. They magically showed up the next day. I pay over the phone with credit card no problems. Get the work order and they have the wrong truck info. So I phone and get that sorted make sure the wheels will still fit. Have a friend go and pick them up, Surprise no wheel nuts. So the front end staff finds some wheel nuts, phones me for credit card payment, All should be good. But no the wheel nuts were wrong. So the one front end worker just up and walks away. Next worker comes over, Finds the correct wheel nuts. But refuses to take credit card payment over the phone stating its against the law. Making my friend have to pay the difference for their mistake on the wheel nuts. Absolutely worst experience for tires. highly do not recommend. Will drive to Dawson creek or Grande Prairie next time. Or possibly never use Kal tire for tires again.

She came in today to get her tires rotated and asked that her brakes and rotors get done like they had said to. They went and had the audacity to do ANOTHER BRAKE INSPECTION and charge for it, when she came there for that reason and the brakes had already been inspected. When I spoke with the manager she was only on the phone. She was verbally abusive, yelling and swearing at me. All she had to do was go "Sorry, that should not have been done" and taken it off the work order but she decided to make matters worse. It was a very unprofessional conversation as a business owner to their customers. When I tried to get the charge removed, she said "Ok, here, we can take the time for the inspection off and charge you more for the tires to be put on. Do you like that better?" That made the charges overall $70 more! This is NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS TRYING TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF! To add damage to everything else, she messaged me trying to say she was right and lying, then she blocked me from messaging her back on the business page, removed the review section completely (where I had a review) and that was that. I'll be taking this with the BBB. They are liars, scammers, illegitimate in their business dealings and have no respect or care for their customers. They are in it for the money and will find every way to rip you off. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I bought a new Traverse from Murray GM in Fort St John and I left their store feeling happy, excited, and well informed about my purchase. This was not an easy sale for them either, but Val answered all of my questions with full transparency and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted in the year, color and trim I wanted, never questioning my choices or trying to talk me into something they already had on the lot or talking down to me in any fashion. During our purchase we had the pleasure of being helped by Kyle who arranged a very fair trade in amount for my truck, Val who answered all of my questions and searched, found and went and got the car I wanted, Dan who made the finance and warranty part of the transaction seamless and painfree. Sashin was there all along the way to make sure we felt supported. I drove away only after being introduced to the service department and the accessories department and thanks to Val knowing what all the shiny buttons did in my new car. What a great experience! I felt valued and respected, thank you Murray GM! Oh and I just received a text from Val asking how everything is going so far with my new car. I always thought buying a new car should be fun and this team made sure it was!

Long version: Didn't intend to come to this GM dealer but ended up here because our GMC Canyon diesel truck had a mechanical issue due to the cold temps during our road trip from California to Alaska. While it's obviously very frustrating to have an issue with our truck on our road trip, Murray GM did what they could to get us back on the road in a timely and easy manner. Everyone working here was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to offer advice on where to go around town, and they have a very convenient free shuttle service. They drove us to a nice local coffee shop for lunch and then let us load up all our stuff in their shuttle and brought us to our hotel. We stayed in the hotel across the street for the night and the next morning they had already looked at our truck after leaving it in the shop to get warm overnight. They used their scanner to run a service DPF regen which solved our problem and got us back on the road. The only bummer with this dealer was that they do not offer their own loaner cars. They simply work with the local Enterprise location, so we had to wait about 6 hours for an Enterprise car to become available.
