Ryan was bang on time, pleasant to chat with, and asked all the right questions to write a detailed estimate for me. (My window trim needed repair and replacement, so was priced to time and materials since I wasn't sure of the ultimate condition.) My house required multiple days of work for the trim repair, powerwash and prep of the old painted surface, priming, and final coat, and each day the crew let me know where they were in the process and what to expect the next day. In addition to all these positive traits, one of the best things is that Diaz and his team can literally take care of anything. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls.
