When I arrived to turn the vehicle in at 5:57pm, the door was locked. The lady working came out minutes later and pointed to the key drop box and said she wouldn't answer any questions because she was off the clock. She wasn't very pleasant. Lo and behold, I received a bill today for 225% of the original quote. Unbelievable... I wouldn't recommend using Avis. Try Enterprise!

Showed the cashier where it says online that debit cards are accepted. She replied: "that's only if you rent longer than 1 day". Then she wouldn't let me have my wife take a picture of my credit card for payment. Had to make her drive all the way here instead, even though I had ID and my debit card to establish identity. This is what happens when businesses have little to no competition and they are the only game in town. They know this and they take full advantage of it.

These people are really polite and care about good service. If you let them know about any issues,…read morethey make it right. I have yet to encounter a rude or clueless employee. Only once they didn't have a reservation ready, and I use this location at least monthly for work. That weekend was a fluke; it was a holiday weekend and there was an influx of accidents, and I only made my reservation the day before. Reliable and honest.

I had to get a rental car from this Enterprise because my car was in the shop next door at the Jeep…read moredealer. This is who they use. Very convenient they will pick you up or the service person will drop you off. I was dropped off. Had good service but had to wait for the rental Jeep to get ready otherwise I would have to get a minivan. I would not have been happy with a minivan. Lucky a Jeep Wrangler just came in. Not sure why all they had were mini vans but they need to work on that issue. Dropped the jeep off a few days later with a full tank of gas. No issues very easy to use. I just walked back to the dealer. I hope they would give you a drive over there if you asked. 3 stars because it was nothing special just good standard service a car rental place.
