The place has been packed with at least 20 people at a time. The staff has always been teamed, professional, courtesy, and friendly service in both the busiest and slowest times that I've been there. The manager at this location does a phenomenal job and is always helpful and friendly. I continue to rent cars from this location because of the quality of service.

It took about 10 minutes. But we chatted the whole time, so the time went by faster. She also had to show me how to work the car cause it's a 2024, and completely different from what I currently drive. So fancy! After my insurance kicked up and approved my rental, Tommy called to have me come in. He helped me transfer my rental to the insurance, Back to the beginning of my rental contract. We reserved a Nissan Rogue but when I got in to drive it, it was AWFUL! This car has little to no power and just felt completely unsafe to drive. We went and had supper and we're heading towards New Orleans. I told my husband I can't drive this car, I don't feel safe so we turned around and took it back. Erika was so helpful and went to look for another car. All they had was the Rogues and one infinity. We took the infinity. It cost a little more but I have to feel safe. It didn't have as much pick up as I thought it would but was more than the Rogue. I won't ever rent another Nissan or infinity FOR SURE! I will come back to this hertz because of the great customer service. Returning the car was very easy as well. I removed a star because the selection of cars wasn't that good. I've been renting from Avis on Siegen lane for 8 months, spending over $12,000 during this time. Despite my loyalty, I've been consistently misinformed about multiple issues. There is no such thing as a reservation when it comes to Uber rentals, be prepared to be lied to about that. Avis can block your account for any reason and will lie and say it's Uber. Let me help you out and this comes from the supervisor's mouth I have him on video and audio saying "I don't care what Uber or whoever's on that phone says I make up my own rules" I will post some of the screenshots from time Avis blocked my account and lied and said it was Uber. One of the most recent lies "On multiple occasions, I was told by Avis that Uber requires drivers to transition to an all-electric vehicle by 1/10/2025. However, after verifying with Uber, I found this information to be completely false. No one can waste time finding a charger station, waiting in line for a 200 miles limit car. All I wanted was to keep a gas car. Sad too many lies. I will post videos on YouTube and all platforms. I have over 55 screenshot and videos. I cannot recommend this company to other Uber drivers or renters. Honesty and transparency are critical in this business, and Avis has failed on both fronts.
