They enjoyed playing and running outside in a safe, fenced in area, with supervision. Also, there is an indoor play place if the weather is bad. The raised beds and clean, comfortable environment is well worth it. Its nice that they take different forms of payment if you don't want to pay the extra credit card charge. If you want to enjoy your get-away knowing that the dogs will be happy, safe, and well-cared for, choose Creature Comforts. They are professional and kind.

The adoption process is so so complicated and I understand some of it but a lot of it is ridiculous. It's always hard to get a hold of them and how they only have certain time for walk-through and then certain time for something else is just weird being a kid I used to be able to go in here and think it was a fun day and really enjoyed the pets and even had my family members adopted from there a few times, but now everything's so complicated and pretty expensive. I also saw somebody there, unsure of who the employee was but she was very rude and bossy to other employees completely made you wanna leave right away.

At the register they tried to sell it to me by the pound even though the sign didn't say anything about it charging by weight. Just that they are $3.99. Cashier took forever to stop sweeping the rug to help me. Also gave me dirty looks when I told her she should change the sign on the rocks to specify that it's sold by weight. Also I've heard from employees that there's animals in the back that aren't properly being cared for, specifically a snake named ruby that is a red tail boa, and severely malnourished with shed issues. Along with multiple snakes with mites

Now, this is a pretty special pet store. It's definitely not the norm thanks to being locally owned…read moreand operated. The staff is really friendly, and they have a lot of knowledgeable folks on hand. We Lov Pets recently moved to a new building right off of Northpointe and last weekend I paid it a visit for the first time. My mom needed to fill up on dog food and my fishy Tito was in need of some Halloween décor. He loves getting in the holiday spirit, ha. There's a giant parking lot out front as well as a separate entrance for self-serve grooming (very cool). We walked in and it was super easy to find exactly what we were looking for. All the different departments of the store are labeled clearly, which make it easy to get in and out when you're in a rush. The aquatics department looks pretty rad. All the tanks are super clean, the fish looked amazing, and I love being able to check out unique saltwater fish. This is the only store for miles that offers saltwater options and it's always fun to check them out. That's where I was able to grab some fun stuff for Tito's tank (skull and rocks). I also made my way through the reptile department (my favorite!) and all the pets looked to be in great health and in super clean habitats. I helped my mom find her dog food (Earthborn, its great and you get a free bag after buying so many over time) and after saying hello to the kitties up for adoption, we were on our way home. There's no wonder why this locally owned pet store has stayed in business, even with the large box pet store right up the street. The service is great, the products are higher quality as they are hand-picked by experts, and the love for animals here is tremendous. I'll definitely continue to swing by here when I'm in town and in need of supplies for my little pet family.

This place only cares about money; not animals. My brother took is dog here in an emergency because…read moreshe was hit by a car and was in serious critical condition. They made him pay $500 before they would even look at the dog's injuries - of course, he paid because he loves his dog. They tried to refer him to drive her to another vet that was an hour away but her injuries were so bad he knew she would have never even made it. He ended up paying nearly $1,000 only to get a call in less than an hour after taking her there that his poor fur baby didn't make it. Now, he honestly didn't think she was going to make it and he's not a vet - so, why wouldn't they just say, "sir, your pet is suffering and not going to make it." Then just pay the cost to have the dog put out of its misery. I live in Cleveland and I can walk into an emergency vet clinic and they don't even talk about money when there is a critical care issue until the pet is stabilized. Then, the standard emergency vet fee is $140 and any additional costs for the services provided - NOT $500 to walk in the dang door. They know they are the only vet in the area and they pray on our love for our fur babies by robbing your bank account. Again, they don't give a rats butt about your animals.

The OFFICE MANAGER denies they would release her in that condition and she "stands behind her techs word" even though I have picture and video evidence of the matted feces all over my dog, after being laid up in a bed for 5 days !!!! Ridiculous. Will not be getting anymore business from us and I DO NOT recommend Only gave them one star because I couldn't post without one.
