The office staff was helpful, we got in as new patients in a reasonable time frame, she cared about saving us money, and the wait was minimal. I am National Guard and my husband is on the kidney transplant list, so we both needed "good to go" type forms signed. Dr. Revel was familiar with both forms, so I recommend her to anyone with Tricare modesty insurance, and anyone needing any kind it medical clearance. The new front office staff is still navigating some things but they are very understanding when something needs to be corrected and are helpful in doing so. The back staff and dental staff are amazing and always the best with both myself and my son. They always talk to him and make him feel very comfortable, he has sensory and anxiety and still does very well in the chair with them as they make him feel more at ease.

I had to have a few fillings done, and it was the first time that I have never felt the needle - not one little bit! This was also the first time that I can remember having an oral cancer screening and a gum disease check done at my first appointment. I came in with a broken filling and they failed to remove all the bad tooth material before replacing the filling which CAUSED ME to need a full root canal and crown after a week of excruciating and unnecessary pain (probably a month after the filling was replaced). And the last thing is how I was treated by the office manager. I have never been treated so terribly by someone in my entire life. When I came in and stood up for myself, refusing to pay anything for them to replace the filling that barely lasted two weeks, this woman practically threatened to not allow them to fix my tooth for free because I was already going to another dentist. AND NOW my new dentist has informed me that the crown placed over my root canal is entirely fitted improperly and needs to be removed and replaced. I am out SO MUCH MONEY and these people did nothing but DAMAGE MY TEETH and TAKE MY MONEY. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
