She is never available at our times, canceled one appt 1 hour before scheduled time and last appt. on July 15th she never showed, when it was discovered on her website she had an event already booked at the same time! She actually tried to pass the blame to my daughter for her (Courtney's) lack of professionalism. We have decided due to months of trying to get our "award" honored that it is not worth it. After all, a gift certificate does not have any financial benefit, and we are uncomfortable with the idea of having our treasured photos taken by this "business"...
