The store is usually staffed by an Asian woman in the afternoon, who is not particularly friendly (hence the four star rating). Make sure to pick up a frequent buyer card; eight stamps yield a free drink (this is more generous than other places in Munich, were you need to buy 10 or 12 to get a free one).

Even when the drink was presented to me, I could see something strange at the bottom where the boba was. Yes, the cups are so kawaii, but the drink was just pathetic. It was watery and had taro chunks (or some kind of chunks) at the bottom unblended. Maybe if the drink was blended then it would have had more flavor, but I ate the chunks at the end and they didn't carry too much flavor. Maybe if the drink was worth one euro then it would have been worth my money, but sadly this was a disgrace to tea. This was not genau.

Ultimate QQ Milk Tea Pretty much as I expected - a good integrated blend, but the boba isn't the most fresh Strawberry (Erbeeren) Smoothie I added lychee jelly which probably didn't help, but the smoothie tasted equal parts strawberry and lychee aromas and flavors. It is by far the least exciting of Taiwanese chains -- no way would I go there in Taiwan. In Munich, of course, there aren't very many alternatives, and the young millennial crowd here has no idea about tea anyway. Basic drinks start around four euros, and can get more expensive if you want something more sophisticated. The place is well staffed, people are friendly, and the line moves quickly. There is no seating available, and even if there was, I can't imagine anyone would want to linger ... the shop basically just occupies an escalator landing that leads to a grocery store.
