Holy cow. I am shocked. As someone who works in customer service I cannot believe how little these folks care about customer retention. They failed to clean my bins last week so I messaged them. They said to send a pic and they'll come back next week. I did that. Here it is next week and they never showed up. I messaged again and they said they never got the pics. I called them and they couldn't care less. Cancelled my account and asked for a refund. "Okay, no problem. Have a good day." That was it. I've been a customer since they started over five years ago and they have no desire to even try and keep me. Oh well. We have been using this service for a few years. We love it and make sure to budget for it! Especially in summer months it's nice to have fresh trash cans. I was pretty skeptical about this service. Why? Just because of the scheduling, the lofty explanation form the staff there and simply because I've never used this service before. This is what happened after I paid for the subscription: my trash was emptied in the afternoon (around 1pm) by republic services. I was worried how bubble bunz was going to organize the service. But they showed up at my house at about 4 and cleaned out my trash cans very thoroughly. I saw a photo of someone complaining that he had trash that was stuck at the bottom of his garbage can...and I don't know how that happens because I watched the gentleman servicing my garbage binz with so much care. I saw him soap the inside on all four sides. He dumped the soap and residue. He then used a pressure cleaner to clean the exterior, and then the interior. Couldn't ask for a better cleaning. We have never professionally cleaned our cans, but we heard of Bubble Binz and decided to give them a try. They offer a one time cleaning for $58 or every 6 weeks for $24.99. We keep our cans on the side of the house and not garage, so we opted for the one time cleaning. You just have to let them know when your trash day is and they will send out a driver to power wash the cans when they are empty. Their employees even placed my bins at the top of the driveway once they were done which was very appreciated.
