I was moving into a flat which should have been cleaned incl. window shutters. Besides that, they didn't clean properly (dirt from swiping on the floor, the floor not even mopped, sticky extractor hood, dirty oven, bathroom tiles not even touched) they also left all the garbage behind, tried to through away a kitchen bin without even asking. The key to the flat was returned one day too late. Calling a client a "bitch" etc is below any standards.
