The staff was super helpful last week when we stopped in for a few graveside floral pieces to lay on family members' headstones. This is their new location, and it seems much larger and has an attached coffee shop/bakery next door, which is also very convenient, because the only other decent place to even grab a cup of coffee in this specific area seems to be the McDonald's across the street. We picked up fresh coffees, pastry and cake pops while there, which also were really good. I highly recommend the cake pop in peanut butter and vanilla. The prices are a little on the high side, and you can get flowers at Sam's Club for mixed bouquets for cheaper, but you can't order or have them delivered and they need to be trimmed etc. but the selection and helpfulness makes it worth the extra cost. We picked up two beautiful, large mixed fall bouquets for $9.99 each. The flowers were very fresh, well-chosen and bountiful for the price tag. They sell a large array of home decor and accessories, including vases, candles, mirrors and bowls as well, similar to Wayfair. I believe this company is now owned by the same individuals who bought Bentley Florist in Burton, which is also a great go to floral shop. We used them for a funeral in September, and had no problems.

When I got the arrangement back again, I had three red roses in it instead of what was ordered. I still do not have the correct vase. I still had Lily's that were brown and cut in places like someone had tried to cut off some of the brown. upon contacting the business a second time after I received the replacement the owner defended her side of things and there was absolutely no remorse. The apology was very fake and defensive. And it was left with a , "well that's just how it is..." She tried to tell me that the flowers are just like that and always droop like that. So my response was why were four of them broken and the rest of them were drooping so far that they were bent just as far as the stem? Would you make this arrangement and send it out?? Also, nowhere across the entire Internet is there anything talking about that specific flower and it being like that on purpose. I looked. I did not ask for a refund. And there was not one offered. There was nothing offered to resolve the situation the second time. As a small business owner myself I would be appalled if something such as that had left my store. My final straw with this place was when I visited with my 3 year old daughter. It was about an hour before they closed. Three ladies were standing around eating. I was tripping every time I took a step. I said to my three year old, "Be careful". The incredibly rude old woman came in and said to my three year old, "Dont fall on my flowers". She claimed they were cleaning up because it was going to frost. First of all, who cleans up an hour before you close? I wish I had such luxuries. Apparently she needs to close earlier then.
