This place is a joke , understaffed.. they never finish their jobs on time , and the owner of the company - Daniel Bryson is a completely disrespectful NON professional. Firewood delivery way to expensive, they dump wood after exorbitant delivery charge, they won't stack the wood. Won't use their service again! read more

Firewood is top grade. Employees are so nice. You will need to pick it up yourself. Price is very reasonable. Every time they give me more wood than I paid for. read more

Everything was great until I spread out the mulch to find a load non-black stained mulch mixed in with my black mulch (see photos). The black stain must have not adhered to the wood in a batch. I called to let them know and to see if I could send them a photo or something to show them. The woman on the phone was immediately defensive and told me "well I'm not sure what I can do about that." I asked her if I could just text a picture of it to them. She said "well, photos can be manipulated, so I don't know what you want me to do about it." After some more back and forth, she then started reading off the number to text so fast with no chance or offer to get a pen and paper. She got to 678 and, because she was talking so fast, I asked if it was the same number I had called. She said, in a very condescending tone, "Um, did you DIAL a 678 NUMBER???" It was at that moment that I realized all hope was lost. I didn't even "dial" a number, I just wen to my recent call list and clicked their name in my phone from earlier. But nonetheless, she quickly read off the other digits and I ran to get a pen and paper. I try to be pleasant and understanding because you never know what people are going through, but her tone and the sarcasm was a little too much. I asked for her name but she hung up on me. Bryson screwed me, unapologetically. I do not recommend this company. Here's why. I took on the project of replacing my lawn. While hunting for sod and topsoil, I called numerous companies over the week leading up to Memorial weekend. I actually called Bryson three times to inquire about different products. By the Thursday prior to the holiday, I settled on Bryson for topsoil since the company could deliver a load the next day. The dump truck arrived Friday morning full of fill dirt, not topsoil. The truck unloaded. I called Bryson and informed the office manager of the fill dirt error. She told me, "That's what you ordered." I fervently disagreed, then I explained my situation -- taking on the lawn project alone, 3500 sq ft of sod arrived, need to put down topsoil before the sod installation, don't want to lose a huge investment. Her response: "We don't have a bobcat to come get it. Even if we did, you would be charged extra." I responded, "So Bryson is not going to make this right, and I'm on my own to deal with fill dirt that I don't want. Now I know to never call Bryson again." Her answer, "Well, you have a blessed day." I was stupefied. After the flames from the top of my head cooled, I went to Lowe's to buy as many bags of topsoil that would fit in my sedan. It took six trips to accumulate enough for the lawn project. I should have done this from the start. I would have saved so much money and been spared the frustration. The sod is now installed. Given the delay, I just hope it lives. The yard looks great, except for the load of fill dirt sitting outside the living room window. I've since posted ads on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace to sell the load of screened fill dirt at a deep discount. Thankfully, it hasn't rained. read more

Good place to get bulk mulch and not have the bags to get rid of - I have had them deliver several times and always on time. Their pricing is very competitive to the area. read more
