The install was very smooth and he walked me through how to use the accessories. I did get another option from The Container Store and it very obvious for me to move forward with Kimberly and the design. It was thought out for what I needed and thorough in the measuring to accommodate my space / tools which I was not getting from the competitor. There was no thought there or expansion on my initial ask. Back to the garage, I would have Artisan or my handyman paint the walls. I did have a handyman remove the racks and cover the holes beforehand as I wanted a smooth install, but I didn't have them paint the walls white again. It is not a big deal but a note to anyone else who is on the fence about it. I did have a small work station installed and I did ask about lights or tools to hang right in from of me. I don't think they offer that in their current catalog but I do think that should add in the future. The handy-wall is larger so I don't think it would fit in that space to hang smaller tools. If you are looking for something similar, you may want to design the space to leave that open and do it yourself. I have a garden rack next to it so I do use the lights and the wooden pole to hang a fan. Overall, I am very happy with the final product and the install. I have had a lot of experiences where the sales sold a great experience or tool only for the install to be a mess or disrespectful to your home. So I do dread installs and thankfully that was not an issue here. It was exactly what I wanted and Kimberly and the installer made the experience very easy and stress-fre.

My guest found trash in their bed after being made up mirrors were not clean corners of each room we're not clean, but it had dust and dirt cabinets were not cleaned in the bathroom not even dusted on the outside. Mirrors were not cleaned in the bedrooms under the bed, was not dusted or swept in their hardwood floors in the master trash is found in the bed in my guest bedroom as my guest slept. There are complete stains and clutter in the kitchen area no appliances were wiped down and the microwave was not cleaned out as it was supposed to as well as dusting of the shelves was not completed. I end up having to complete the house cleanup on my own after leaving the hospital when I called back and showed pictures of the actual footage versus with my Cleaner hat taken, I was told that they could come back and do what was missed, which was the majority of my house, including my sticky heart with floors throughout every single room because the mop was not changed from the restroom to the regular floors, so it left a residue and almost like a toilet like smell. When I called back, I was told that I would have to pay for an additional cleaning and for an additional person to come out however, when we spoke over the phone, I was told by Miss Terry that two people would come out and that she had called me to apologize, letting me know that one person was stuck in the rain, but they will be there as soon as possible however, when I asked for the two cleaners to come back and re-clean my home I was told that there will be a another hundred dollar 50 charge this is absolutely ridiculous and I think that it's a fraud as well as a scam.
