He first told me I could just do it myself and showed me what I had to do. I told him I needed a license plumber to do it per the home insurance requirements even though it's just replacing the bad unit with a newer one. They responded quickly and set up an appointment the next day to come take a look first. Mauricio called me before arriving to confirm I was home and to give me a status on how far he was. When he came, he told me that my pressure relief valve was bad due to old age and also my psi was high which it was at 120 psi. No other plumber who came out checked the psi for me with a gauge. But he give me a quote for just changing out the bad unit with the new one since that's all I needed. It was the best quote out of all the plumbers I reached out to so I chose them.
