I had almost booked Clear Sky Resort for the Stargazing dome view, but decided a shorter 4 minute…read moredrive to Bryce Canyon National Park to get there early before the crowds would be better since we only had one day there. The lobby has a super tall ceiling and a lodge-like feel, really fancy and modern. Plenty of parking. The breakfast included breakfast with a big buffet of scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham, pancakes, cereal, sausage, bacon, fruit, tater tots, breakfast muffins and donuts had much more choices than the Best Western we stayed at in at Springdale for Zion National Park. There is one elevator. Pay attention to the receptionist when they tell you the floor. Our room was 3461, and he said the 4th floor which seemed like a mistake until we got out on the 3rd floor and could not find our room. The second digit refers to the floor number. The first number refers to the building. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the bathroom vanity was long. There was an inexpensive Keurig machine. I successfully made my coffee, but my husband couldn't get the machine to turn on again even with wife help. Microwave in the room. Our mini-fridge was warm and fiddling with the temperature control didn't seem to start it up. I put those comments on my Best Western survey and the general manager responded and thanked me and said the problems would be addressed. The pool and hot tub are located in the center of the buildings, so it can be more shaded there in the afternoon. The park shuttle does not stop at this hotel but Ruby's Inn about 7 - 10 minutes walking. We drove the 0.5 miles for dinner there - Cowboy's Buffet and Steak Room. We got there about 5:40 pm and by 6:30 pm, it looked like a 30-45 minute line. When they run out of the ribs, you might be stuck eating the buffet or other menu choices. The ribs were good!

Great location right outside of the park. Good check in. Parked fairly close to front. Room was…read morewarm and comfortable. A little loud on first floor but tolerable. Fantastic breakfast. Little pricey but if you've hiked all day and aren't camping, this is a good alternative. All the staff were professional and friendly. Coffee always available in the lobby. I'd come back and stay again.

No. Its a hotel outside of a national park so the expectations may be a little much for some. The rooms may be a little outdated but they are clean and well kept. Room cleaning and fresh linens are automatic everyday unless you place your do not disturb placard on the door. The A/C works well and beds are soft and clean. Much needed relief after your better half takes you on that much needed hike, well so I was told, through the park. The breakfast is great and is 100 percent better than any Hilton, Holiday Inn or just name other big franchise along a freeway that offers a free brwakfast. Added plus you have a server to provide your choice in drinks. The General Store is another added plus. We never went to the pool but the kids in the lobby in towels seemed to enjoy it. It provided a clean, comfortable room with many extras for the few hours we were not in the park. Worth the stay.

The Ruby's Inn was such a cool place to stay because it's minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park and the Inn has so much history and so much to see itself. It's a huge place with multiple buildings, grocery store, restaurant, gift shop, pool, and gym. It's nice that everything we need is here and it gives us something to do at night. The room we stayed in had a very supportive bed. You can tell the room is old, but well maintained. The stay included a buffer breakfast at their restaurant. We went to the restaurant for our breakfasts and dinners. Every time we went, there were bus-fulls of people in line. So i think this place is very popular for large traveling groups. But with the staff, they took care of the crowd quickly.

There's nothing fancy about this place, if you're staying here, you're doing it solely for the location and the price. So with that in mind, this place provides exactly what it advertises, the water is hot, the beds are clean, and it's climate controlled. This place is Exactly what I expected and exactly what I paid for.. if you're looking for the RitzCarlton. This is not it.... But it has coffee.. Honestly I get some of the poor reviews but if you like us who enjoy national parks and realize that there's not five star accommodations in locations that are not heavily developed. This is a great alternative and I would stay here again

Inside the lobby there's always coffee and hot water for tea available all day and night. The room: Clean and tidy. Yes the rooms are small however there's a nice size walk in closet to put your luggage in. The room is warm and cozy with modern Scandinavian/Swedish decor. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are awesome! Bathrooms are clean and tidy, there was always hot water to take a nice hot shower. Location: Conveniently located just minutes away from Bryce Canyon and other sightseeing locations. The conclusion: I recommend this motel for the comfort and cozy feel. If I come back to Bryce Canyon I will be staying here again.

There are outdoor chairs on a little patio with parking in front of the room. The bedroom shades did not block the light well, but I always travel with an eye mask. Easy town to walk around plus hiking, fishing, parks and drives nearby. They had a welcome packet with maps and sites to visit. They also have laundry onsite with vending machines for laundry soap. Definitely recommend Henrie's!
