No matter how many times I called him and his office, I was sent to voice mail and never received a call back. Emailing was no different. When one is desperate for help, this type of no -response is unconscionable. Fortunately, I didn't have to get another attorney to take the case. Amanda Whitten is one of the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with. I submitted an employment case to her firm gave all of the documentation that was requested and a phone interview was scheduled. Ms Whitten at first seemed alright however ten minutes into the call she became rude to the point of not wanting to be on the phone with her anymore, she was upset that in her opinion I was "very unprofessional" in communications between myself and my former employer, she admitted that her real concern was how she might appear in front of a jury, (not that I worked for a completely unscrupulous corporation with no regard for employee safety or rights) I was received a lecture from Ms. Whitten on how much of a horrible person I am and what a great, highly efficient and "streamlined" company I was working for, I ended the call after 15 minutes not wanting to take anymore of her tirade and felt completely defeated. I was going to give up, however fortunately a "real" attorney in San Francisco jumped on my case and it's going to be into seven figures.
