I told him my insurance probably won't cover it and I couldn't afford to pay for another x ray. He said don't worry we know how to get coverage, but if it isn't covered, we won't charge you. He proceeded to take x ray, then poke at my neck for about a minute. Then he started talking to me about some thing that has nothing to do with me nor my pain. After 10 minutes i said, what about my issue? Gave me an exercise to do at home. I said what about my adjustment? He stated you have to ease into it. If i adjusted you today you would just get more sore. Charged me for a full visit and we scheduled another appointment. After my third appointment he did nothing more than poke at my neck for 1 minute & talk about his personal life for each visit. Each visit was no more than 15 minutes, & never received an adjustment. I received a bill for a VERY expensive x ray & 3 $45 adjustment appointments. I went down there to discuss what he promised with x ray and claims that conversation never happened. Yelled at me & said pay it or I'll ruin your credit. I got stuck paying this outrageously high bill to listen to him talk about his life and poke at my neck. For that I could have had my 4 year old poke at my neck for free!
