She always takes my calls and is very knowledgeable about every question I ask regarding my home or auto policies. My review is strictly about the great customer service and not policy pricing. The company no longer pays claims for accidents- tires sliced by pavement, a bird flying into picture window and breaking it. There is no lobbying by agent to get customer paid. I happened to see on Dave Ramsey's website that Sparks Insurance was one of their recommended companies as an independent agent and Liberty Mutual had just increased me one too many times. I called around for pricing from several independent agencies and Sparks came back with the best rate. Maddy was the rep who reached out to me and she was very helpful. She was patient with me and answered all of my gazillion questions, and was super nice. They ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars over what my Liberty Mutual policies had increased to. A big "thank you" to Maddy and Sparks Insurance!

I just wanted to update my review and state that the reimbursement checks I had been waiting for…read moredid come through. These checks were 2.5+ months in the making. And it was great to see them finally arrive. I see that Penny posted a reply to my review.. I appreciate the response. Potential and current clients can gain a ton of insight into what the problem is from your response and make better decisions as a result. So, thank you for that. As far as becoming a client again with SF? Well, I still am a client and will be on other policies. But, as for auto and renters or homeowners? I'm not sure. I have since been able to find better coverage, lower deductibles, more payouts and added coverage than my SF policies for lower premiums. Which is something that at my last renewal according to you SF just could not do because of inflation costs of accident claims and losses in the millions to SF across the country because of paid out claims and rising costs. All of which is not my problem being an excellent driver and being able to adequately manage my own finances even in these difficult times. I am glad to have the reimbursements for monies I was rightfully and patiently waiting for. It's truly a shame that it took this long to put a period at the end of the sentence in this situation though. Perhaps SF corporate can learn from experiences you may share with them about this situation and improve their relationship with their clients. Of which without them they would be nothing.
