I called and a woman said she'd look into it finding my name in their system. After another week -- nothing. I called again and the sane woman apologized and said that Mike Williams will get back to me within a hour with the quote. ( Keep in mind this is thousands and thousands worth of coverage.). I waited 4 more days and called a 4th time and told the woman I never heard from anyone. "Someone will get back to you". Yeah rrrrrright. No wonder Christine left. Living in the Mountains can be difficult finding homeowners insurance, fire, snow etc. But I've been fortunate with Mike Williams at CPI, to take care of things. I've even sent several friends to CPI because of the ease and affordability. As of now, my roommate has auto insurance with CPI, I have renters, homeowners and auto insurance with them. In sum, I appreciate the ease in which my needs are taken care of, and of course the price. I don't do email/docu sign computer stuff, so CPI sends everything via USPS. Here we are almost a month later and I'm getting messages that they are going to take the payment out of my account.
